Если люди приезжают на пять дней и говоря том что поменять постель раз три дня ну если не сообщишь они это не сделают Эт

Местоположение И персонал

Чем что мне сказали что менять постель Каждый день А потом мне сообщили что вообще не менять При том что я был должен спросить Люди которые Работает в reception Мне уточнялось что меняется постель Один раз в три дня но если я не спросил они мне не поменяли я это рассказываю на основании который я болел И потел в постель Она была мокрая Это не полезно так спать Но они даже не собирались Её поменять Сейчас поймёте если вы приходите на пять дней Они просто не Поменяет в постель при условии гостиницах Так не должно быть Вот именно в гостинице такой Который говорит а что у неё четыре звезды Это Заключает Что гигиена Не соблюдалось

Central location, big room. Helpful staff. Near to big shopping mall.

Room was quite dark, similar breakfast every day. Food in local restaurant wasn’t too good.

Decent hotel with perfect location

One of the most convenient hotels in Kyiv with spacious and clean rooms, well-trained staff, and good service.

Breakfasts are poor and not worth the price, coffee was absolutely disgusting. You can have an amazing breakfast in a decent restaurant in the city center for the same money.

Exceptional

Everything is absolutely awesome here, I love it and don't want to leave! It is a little expensive compared to other places. Yet it's easy to feel like a home style and has everything you need within the hotel. If it was cheaper, I would stay a lot longer.

The expense, it is a bit pricey.

food is less then average and not always available, poor selection, and they even ran out of pizza, my tv in room didn’t work properly. it kept loosing connection screen goes blank and shuts down, sometimes just locked up , I told the front desk once, no one came up

Home away from home

Breakfast was varied each day. Which was nice. Staff are always awesome. From front desk to bar staff to the buffet people, always friendly and helpful..rooms are always clean and bed is comfy. Love the amount of pillows!!

This last time they put me in a room overlooking office tower. So if you wanted any natural light. You had literally an entire office building staring into your room. A bit disconcerting. But. Did like the layout of the room. Seemed bigger. So kept curtains closed.

Good location, close to my office. I liked breakfasts a lot

f*ck, no panoramic view doesn't mean you look in windows of other building and can't get out of bathroom without closing windows. Not OK, receptionist must be more specific about it

Home Away from Home in Kyiv

decor is modern and clean, overstuffed lobby chairs are super comfortable and inviting, lobby pool table is a fun diversion, rooms are clean, modern, well decorated, professional, rates are great and staff is forthcoming and helpful. excellent location

Always good to come back

It’s my third stay in this hotel. Even in times of war they hold up to a standard. The room is clean and spacious, and the breakfast is plentiful.

A bit on the expensive side for Kyiv, but you get what you pay for.
