La localisation très proche du métro La literie très confortable La gentillesse du personnel

Petit déjeuner extrêmement pauvre et aucun espace pour le prendre (5 tables) tous les clients sont sur des canapés s’ils ont la chance d’avoir de la place dessus.

Lots of inconveniences throughout our stay..

Rooms are nice and pretty well preserved Hotel is a couple minutes away from TimeSquare and metro

But for a "king with sofa" room, suitable for 3 adults, the room was clearly too small ! Once the sofa bed was made, it was impossible to go from the king bed to the bathroom - the sofa bed took up all the space ! Breakfast included seems cool... but in fact it really wasn't appealing... Everyday I had little or bigger troubles with "not enough towels", "no toilet paper", breakfast-to-go supposed to be ready early in the morning for a tour we had... but wasn't...

Ubicación. Que tuviera cocina en la habitación. Muy Pequeña pero bien equipada. Tamaño bueno.

Variedad desayuno insuficiente. Poco espacio para el desayuno. Zona de recepción muy ruidosa. Ascensor lento. Poco espacio para almacenaje en la habitación. No hay sillas ni mesas para comer cuando usas la mini cocina de la habitación.

Hotel recomedable para pasar un días en New York

La ubicación excepcional junto a Time Square y boca de metro. Habitaciones amplias con cocina y un desayuno muy bueno y variado. Hotel totalmente recomendable.

Todo bien, si tuviera que volver a New York repetiría.

Bra läge, god frukost och trevlig personal!

Läget. Nära till intressanta ställen. Mycket trevliga personalen. Goda frukosten . Mycket att välja på. Pentry, kaffemaskin och kylskåp på rummet.

Extra sängen ( bäddsoffan) var obekväm. Störande ljud från hissen, från kylskåpet och toalettfläkten.

Friendly hotel in a great location!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of choice for breakfast, with 2 or 3 different cooked foods each day, as well as cereal, oatmeal, pastries, muffins and bagels. Juice and coffee (including decaff) on tap. The location was amazing - short walk from Times Square and even shorter walk to a Subway station. The hotel has a gym, but we did so much exercise sightseeing we didn't need it!!

The breakfast room was quite small, although we only had to wait for a couple of minutes on one morning of our six.

Alles in allem war es ein guter Aufenthalt.

Beste Lage in Manhattan. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Größe ist völlig in Ordnung der Zimmer. War immer sehr sauber. Personal war immer nett und hilfsbereit.

Sehr langsamer Aufzug. Man hört immer, wenn einer aus der Tür rausgeht. Die Türen der Zimmer sind sehr laut. Das Frühstück ist deutlich verbesserungswürdig, geschmacklich sehr fade.

The location is very central. Bedroom , Kitchenette and bathroom are very confortable, modern and clean. Breakfast is varied . The staff is very kind and helpful.

If the rooms were bigger I would definitely come back.

Well kept. Super clean. Excellent service. Excellent location.

Breakfast room too small for all the guests. Not enough tables. Refill of items finished for breakfast were never replenished immediately. Rooms are much smaller than I thought.

Allí todo Ok, pero a la vuelta FRAUDE¡ Se quedaron con la fianza, sin ninguna explicación..

He tenido muchos problemas para recuperar la fianza, de 200 $ . Me dijeron que se me devolveria en 14 dias, pasaron mas de dos meses, y ellos dejaron de responderme, fue gracias a mi banco, abriendo un FRAUDE, por lo que he conseguido mi dinero. Ellos no se han responsabilizaron, una pena con lo bien que estuvimos alli y una verguenza, la verdad.

Personal atento, el desayuno buffet pequeño pero perfecto. La cama es súper cómoda

Para las tasas tan altas que dan pocos productos de higiene personal, solo champú, acondicionador y gel y en nuestro caso estaba en los mínimos y no los rellenaron

Impecable el desayuno. La habitación pequeña con sofá cama, pero muy cómoda, Con cocinita. Con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estadía en New York. Ubicación excelente. Servicio de limpieza y ropa blanca excelente también.

Bon emplacement mais très bruyant

L'emplacement à 50m du métro et à 5min de time squard. Le personnel très sympathique. La possibilité de laisser ses bagages lors d'un départ de l'avion tardif.

La taille de la salle du petit déjeuner qui n'a que très peu de place. Le bruit a l'intérieur de l'hôtel, on entend tout, douche du voisin, l'ouverture de son store, les portes qui s'ouvre et ce ferme. Les discussions même non bruyante s'entendent.

Super good absolutly the best Marriot from New York!!!

the staff was incredibly friendly amd helpful. The receptionist even gave a pieve of her pizza (i was tired and came a bit late) truly a TEN PLUS!!! i tried to go to to the other marriot (element marriot is not recomandable) but came the same evening back to Town Palace. Toen palace truly EVERYTHING is good, rooms are clean, super nice and new veds, The vibe in the hotel is duper nice. i like that there is carpet in the tooms. it iz truly amazing hotel amd service!!!

Great Find!

Perfect location for all Broadway shows and subway! We walked to 3 shows. Breakfast at the hotel included with the price of the room is great. Not fancy but has all the basics. Staff was all helpful and rooms were very clean.

Awesome Stay would definitely book again!

the location of the property itself was in an excellent location especially if your wanting to stay around Times Square area. the subway is also in close proximity to the hotel. i did read on some other reviews that the one elevator thats in use is very slow however its not that bad, we never waited longer than 5 minutes. Complimentary breakfast is great with decent selections Hot/Cold. The staff were very helpful. The room has a good functioning kitchen with utensils/kitchenware/dishwasher which was great.

Rooms are a little smaller than anticipated however i suppose thats standard for New York. Our bathroom door didn't close properly and because it was a sliding door you could see out of it a little bit. the pillows were a little soft however all things that wernt deal breakers and not much to worry about.

el personal y la ubicacion, hay buena onda en el lugar, es pequeño y por eso es bastante personalizado. Cafe y te las 24 hs. algunas personas que trabajan en e hotel son muy agradables y simpaticas. La calle donde queda el hotel es bonita, alejada del ruido y cerca de todo, un subway con muchas conexiones a metros de la entrada.

Las habitaciones las hacen muy tarde, no hay gran variedad en el desayuno pero esta muy bien de todas maneras, es el estilo del hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean and close to time square! Would stay again!

Great location, close to Time Square & 42nd Street Subway Staff were great & very friendly Rooms were clean, shower and bathroom clean, bed is a bit small but comfy Staff held onto our bags whilst we waiting for our flight and were very helpful with organising a late check out, complimentary! Would definitely stay again.

Nothing - but our smoke alarm in our room went off one morning early and woke us up. We were very startled and when I rang the front desk (wasn’t an emergency), they sent someone up to check it/fix it straight away! It didn’t happen after that.

Trato perfecto por parte de casi todo el personal. Cabe destacar a María y Joel, de los desayunos y Michael de recepción, siempre dispuestos a hacer la estancia cómoda y agradable. Cama muy cómoda. Desayuno básico pero suficiente. Muy buen café. Todo muy limpio! Repetiremos

Very nice place in the center of NY

Polite and helpful staff. Clean. In the center of NY. Breakfast was descent ,not a big variety like european but everyday they changed some type of food like the eggs(scrambled-omelette- boiled etc). They filled up everything until the time of closure. All day there was water- coffee and tea for everyone at the lobby
