Value for the money.

Room was upgraded from standard to executive, location is easyly reachable and transportation can access it, we had breakfast once because of my little one, she love her beauty sleep, doesn't want to wake up early,

Nothing really but it would be Appreaciated if you can ADD another 1hour to the time for breakfast (just extend the breakfast time)

Ótima localização e atendimento porém quartos muito pequenos e sem tomadas.

Gostamos do café da manhã e do atendimento em todos os setores.

O quarto era super pequeno, uma pia minúscula sem bancada de suporte, e pouquíssimas tomadas apenas duas. E somente na mesa não havia tomadas na mesa de cabeceira

Staff always willing to help. Gideon and team always friendly ready to help. Gideon was the main star! Thank you for making our stay feel like home ❤️ Spur waiter - one in particular was really excellent on duty that week ❤️Breakfast - Miss Pearl always ready with a smile and give us good info for Christmas Day The chefs too for breakfast buffet The bar 👍🏼 Everybody was helpful, friendly and willing to help with our elderly mum 87 years old - thank you!

I loved my stay ,the proximity to.the beach made my stay worthwhile

House keeping ladies came to clean in my girls room when they were still in the room and just kept chatting..no respect for privacy

Overall it was good

The location was perfect. Central to everything. It’s beautiful, clean, friendly staff, responsive

There was no microwave in the room, no toilet cleaning brush, view not as nice, hidden cost of parking

hartelijk ontvangst, fijne mensen

We kregen een andere kamer, waardoor we 2 gescheiden bedden hadden, na aandringen kregen we wat wij geboekt hadden. De badkamer. is zo klein dat het het net geschikt is. voor 1 persoon. Het oogt mooi, maar alle faciliteiten (wc beneden vallen uit elkaar en zijn veroudert.

The smaller rooms and the toiletries such as shower caps were not in the rooms. One must ask for it

Comfortable stay

Very accommodating staff, Great rooms on last two nights, good facilities. Bar in lobby is good.

Location was not what we had planned, away from the V&A. The steakhouse next to lobby is not very good.

Very disappointing stay and definitely overpriced and not worth the rating. Worst Marriot experience ever!

Nothing much - really doesn’t live up to the Marriot standards

Poor value for money, tiny room, noisy hotel, poor housekeeping (no body wash / shampoo in shower container & window blind Brocken). Late check out requested when the reservation was made and asked for again on arrival (told to ask in the morning) - did so and got a very in accommodating response (doubt the room was to be occupied on a Sunday afternoon). Just wanted to shower after completing the marathon!

A great place to stay on the beachy side of town. Hotel history was quite interesting.

Great location, one block from Beach Road, Seapoint. Personalized service from the doorman, reception, bartender, housekeeping and the breakfast hostess, Maureen, who from day one remembered my room number and what I liked for breakfast. All staff were friendly and very attentive. Very close to hop-on hop-off bus stop.

Single (queen) room was a bit small, but very comfortable and met all my needs.

Disappointing, just disappointing.

It is close to the ocean and clean enough. Deluxe rooms are spacious and comfortable. Standard rooms are not worth the price. The bellhop who helped us when we first arrived was lovely but I, unfortunately, didn't get his name.

The staff did not give me the correct information regarding the airport shuttle. While we were there, a whole class of students were staying there and making a massive noise late into the night, when mentioned to the front desk this was brushed off as nothing. The breakfast was not worth the price and the only available alternative at the hotel was a spur.

disaster, we asked other guests about the breakfast, they advised us NOT TO TAKE IT

The room was NOT the room advertised as the pictures were different, VERY small, felt like a jail cell, so small that the toilet had no toilet holder or toilet brush. Only one small soap was supplied, towel hooks were loose, bathroom was so small couldn't move around. DON'T book, Kings hotel, Radisson Blue, Signature Hotel, Sugar Hotel, and a lot of other hotels are far better. We live in Franschhoek and we frequently book hotels in Cape Town, this was our worst experience in 13 years. STAY AWAY, NOT WORTH THE MONEY, BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

the staff from the moment we got them the hostile reception throughout the stay was not happy at all with the attitude of the staff even the ladies at the dining room were hostile this really made the stay there horrible and for that reason I will most likely not come back or recommend

The weather , atmosphere , all played out well for the days that i have stayed there. it was awesome

Everything! The staff , location , breakfast . everything was so easily accessible from the hotel. The staff were so warm and welcoming. The manager was so cooperative. I enjoyed my stay.

When making reservations online, I know what I am expecting when I arrive to the day of checking in. ...... not anything different. Please stick to what the client makes a reservation for.
