Location is in one of the coolest areas of Istanbul Cihangir. Loads of great bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Good value for money.

Shower fitting was broken but the shower pressure/temperature was great. Door locking system also temperamental.

Mold growing on the bathroom ceiling; amenities barely work (dryer, nightlight, mini bar) … second room we moved to the vent in the toilet was broken so basically we had hole in the bathroom wall. Finally a better effort could have been done with regards to breakfast - very basic (hot dogs drowned in ketchup + scrambled eggs that are wetter than Istanbuls weather and a very very limited bread and cheese selection).

Clean and Safety. Staff was good.

Room service was not satisfactory. Same breakfast everyday. I didn't find any change in the menu while staying 5 days. Room light was insufficient. Room telephone was out of order.

The personnel on the breakfast floor were always smiling, attentive and friendly during breakfast time. Location was amazing; Cihangir is one of the best districts of Istanbul and everything was within walking distance.

I fell for the photos advertised online and on Booking.com and ended up booking this hotel for our Istanbul trip. Contrary to the highly-polished and strongly-edited photos on Booking.com, the room was unbearable and the hygiene was obviously not a top priority. I found a clipped nail under our drawer, long hair everywhere and God knows what else was hidden that I (luckily) did not get to see. The walls in the bathroom were full of mold, the towels had holes in them, bathroom floor had a black spot and I had never seen such a dirty hotel in my entire life. I find it absolutely shameless to advertise such highly-polished photos online whereas the hotel is full of dirt and lacking hygiene. If you are planning to come to Istanbul, do not touch this hotel and spend your money on something else.

The roof top was nice. And near to takism square only 15 min walk.

The room was very little and there is lot of smell in the room. Also the carpet in the room was in a bad shape. The hotel was on the height and its difficult to walk and no car space and taxi was asking very high price to go there.

Location.

The Internet is very bad and I spoke to them several times but they can not do anything about it. I stayed there the day they did not change the sheets on the bed and the normal cleaning room. Breakfast same every day no change at all and soft drink (orange) you can not drink at all. There is no lounge to set up in the reception.
