Location is great View was lovely

Room requires maintenance / doing up Room needs to better cleaned Check the crockery and cutlery - many pieces missing

The location is great . The rooms are of a good size.

The room I stayed in required maintenance. Room could have been cleaned better. Crockery, glassware and cutlery should be checked prior to a guest checking in - most of it was missing or not complete

Great location, close facilities, good restaurants, river close and main shopping precinct within walking distance

The reception being separated from the main entrance

Location. Room.

Elevator. We had to allow 30 minutes to go either up or down. Takes a lot of time out of the day, very frustrating when waiting for 25mins plus and then stop again on every floor going up and then down again. Because of this, elevators were very crowded as well.

Good location. Friendly staff. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

There was only 1 working lift. The waiting time for the lift was really long.

Central location was great, easy to navigate anywhere in and around Brisbane CBD. Our room was on the 36th floor with an amazing view of the Brisbane River

The only negative was that we were not aware of one lift being out of action for our stay and it resulted in long delays getting in and out of the building.

Cleanness and city view.

Unfortunately kettle not clean at all inside.
