The location was fantastic. Easy to walk to the lake. Lovely deck to sit out on to view the autumn colours. All facilities including the ability to wash and dry clothes. Very spacious room with incredibly comfortable beds.

Property is great and in a perfect location.
The staff were rude, unkind and disrespectful. Not only that, they double charged me and then used that opportunity to steal $50 for late check out when I was clearly told at check in I could stay until 10.30. Rude and awful experience. Thanks but no thanks.

The location is close to town, and getting food or even groceries is very convenient if you cook. The four square is about a 5-7 mins walk from my unit. The apartment was lovely and comfortable, with central heating and a panel heater in each room, living, dining and washrooms. It has a fully functional kitchen. It has smart tv, and the wifi is good enough for four of us. The hot water is running well. Even though we didn't use it, they also provide clothes airer, vacuum cleaner, iron etc.
I think there are a few communication issues. I highlighting two main points here.
First, we arrived early, kept our luggage with them, and returned closer to check-in (2.30 pm) time, but it was not ready.
After waiting about 45 mins (3.15 pm), I asked again, but they said my unit was still unready and offered another unit. Just about to get our luggage, the manager ran to my husband and told him that the unit they offered had a faulty dryer. As we needed to use the dryer that night, I returned to the front desk and discussed it.
Unfortunately, the discussion doesn't end very well with the manager. She raised her voice from the back and said, "We wouldn't expect customers to use a dryer on the first night" What? For any reason, it's up to me; that's why I paid for a 2-bedrooms apartment!
I wouldn't say I like her tone. She was not respecting me as a customer/person. For this, I gave a bad rating. But the other lady at the front desk speaks nicely to me. So we have to wait another 40 mins to get our original unit.
The second issue was the communication I sent earlier with the property through booking.com. It seems they don't get it or don't have a record of it. The conversation was clear and agreed by both parties.
a. I booked two dates, 24th-27th and 27th-29th, and I told them that I needed the same unit for both dates. So, on the 27th morning, when I called for some tea, the lady said I should be checked out by now. What has happened with the previous deal?
b. I requested a late checkout on the 29th as I have some work and my family need a place to stay. They generously gave us until 11 am (this was part of the conversation through booking.com), but at 10.10 am, the housekeeping used their master key to enter our unit. We were not ready!
Communication (and respecting your customer) need to be improved. With the amount of money, there are few other options.

Location awesome, size of unit great for family, view awesome.
It is on a hill, so if you have young children or elderly parents could be a challenge with stairs and hill.

Have stayed at Blue Peaks before, great location so handy to town, walk across the road and you are there.
Nice apartment had everything we could need.
Have to say the bed, and perhaps a personal choice but too soft, think time for a new mattress.

Location was fantastic, and in walking distance to basically everything you needed to do including sights, the lake and food. The Unit was two bedroom and was very roomy and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the heating was fantastic. Really comfortable unit to stay in.
Reception was Luke warm, and not helpful. We couldn't find our car park and had to return to reception to ask again. Still didn't receive a good explanation of where to go as the property is split between different streets. took us 1/2 hour to find. We met another family who helped us and said they had the same bad experience. Our units description said garden view. A brick wall and couple of shrubs and looking into someone else's kitchen window. 3 flights of steps to luge all your suitcases up so no good for older people. Shower head broke in one bathroom so couldn't use and the oven didn't work . Reported shower so it could be fixed but was not fixed. When we left we asked about it and the attitude of the lady of reception was Luke warm - didn't care!! ( in our opinion ) We returned to Queenstown later in our trip and stayed elsewhere, better view and better attitude.

Great size 2 bedroom apartment with everything we needed

The quality of the property and the cleanliness was above expectations. It was located approx. 2 blocks from the CBD on a main road, however we heard none of that road noise and our bedroom was 5 metres from the road. The fully stocked kitchen equipment and had appropriate and matching dinner sets, pans and cutlery….and not the often found mis-matched hodge podge so very often found. Bed and pillow quality was fantastic and bathrooms were heated with great water pressure…and staff were so quick to relocate us to a room with better elderly access as we forgot to request this. I will absolutely stay here again above every other hotel I have visited in Queenstown over 15 years of travelling there.
Built on a hill means some suites are a few levels away from your allocated car park and require a climb up/down many sets of stairs, so it’s worth checking if you have any access or mobility issues, otherwise I cannot fault our stay here.

Close to centre of Queenstown and en-suite to bedroom was very nice and new with great water pressure from the shower
Paying $650 a night you expect the place to be in reasonable good order but the main bathroom was aged with water damaged cupboard doors and tatty freyed carpet leading into it. There’s no A/C unit so it gets really hot when the sun hits all the glass windows and doors. Even lowering the blinds only helped a little. The lights in the main areas were flickering because they’re not correct for the dimmable controls. The walls are covered in popped screws. The owners are making a fortune on these places but can’t do a basic bit of maintenance. Disappointing really and felt a bit ripped off regardless of location and nice main bedroom/en-suite.

The unit was lovely and in a great position to walk around QT. The beds were really comfortable.
I would suggest better blinds in the window as there was constant light coming through due to outside lights in the complex.

Lovely apartment with view to lake and short walk in to the centre of Queenstown - as we knew having stayed previously.
On arrival having paid and received our keys, we arrived at our apartment to find that it had not been cleaned, with unmade beds and wet towels on the floor. This was immediately reported to reception and I was told that housekeeping had left (this was about 4pm) so the room couldn't be cleaned, although reception had been told that the apartment was ready. There weren't any other apartments available with the same rooms so we had to accept another apartment with different sleeping arrangements. The room was ready for us the following morning so we then had to move back. No further contact from reception (despite being told that the manager would contact me) until check out when I raised this matter again. I was subsequently refunded the first night's stay for the error, which was fair, but this tainted our stay. Very polite staff made this acceptable.

Location very convenient 4 mins walk to town. Good view from balcony. Apartment very well fitted out with everything we needed.. Nice to have ensuite in queen room. Plenty of room for luggage. Covered car park.

The view and the location was fantastic. Only a few minutes walk into town. The apartment was amazing with all the facilites you need and was great to have ensuites with each queen bedroom. Would defintely stay here again :)

Great location and easy access to central Queenstown. Apartment was a good size, we had good views from the apartment. The downside of this was the number of steps but it's difficult to avoid this in Queenstown.

A 4min walk to the central town. Really good location. The apartments are lovely and had all if not more than what we needed. Felt very comfortable and warm. And we loved the heated bathroom floors.
