Overall worth a visit

Amazing view!

Service at Tiki bar was very slow in evening snd they brought wrong order. Also the white sand is beautiful… however full of micro plastics which is sad to see.

Very mixed. Lots of good, but also lots of bad. Overall feels like a 3 star hotel with 5 star prices

- Peaceful location with great view - Very friendly staff - Modern room and bathroom - Late checkout time (12.00) - Very clean - Nice pool area

- Average breakfast. Only standard buffet options and terrible machine coffee (need to pay extra for a cappuccino) - Poor wifi - Very poor shower pressure in shower - Average spa facilities (e.g jacuzzi not hot) + need to book spa times - Bad food options (issue if you don’t have a car). Food from the “bar snacks” menu very poor and over priced (€20 for a starter sized, rubbery frozen calamari); I ate there on my first night and never again! Only other option is a hugely over priced restaurant which is also not well reviewed. Only has set dinner courses which start at €120p.p). Didn’t see a single person eating at the restaurant in the 5 days I was there. Feel like they have just for their food options very wrong, which is a shame, especially as there are no restaurants within walking distance that are open in the evening

Relaxing beach hotel with prime views

Beautiful beach view, innovative cocktail list, tiki terrace provides prime spot to watch sunsets, excellent breakfast. bus stop for free bus around the island is across the street, relationship with car & scooter rental so they'll bring & pickup directly from the hotel

Amazing weekend escape to Formentera

The breakfast was great, all possible options and plenty of healthy choices too. The breakfast setting was also very nice.

Amazing stay by Cala Saona

Amazing hotel by the seaside. The facilities were amazing, really enjoyable and the beach at walking distance is incredible and far from the Ibiza crowds. Highly recommended.

Lovely Spa hotel

The spa at this hotel is a must. They have lockers, complimentry towels and showers if you arrive early but you must book so do this first. The hotel and pool has a lovely view of the beach with Ibiza and Es vedra in the distance. The sunset would be amazing but it was overcast when we stayed. The photography lady was lovely and the cleaning staff. Wish we had stayed more than one day as this hotel is definitely a place to unwind. Even the air is regulated. Recommend a late check out and morning swim in the ocean before breakfast. Breakfast is extensive with freshly squeezed orange juice.

Some of the staff could have been better for this type of hotel. We arrived early and we could have used the spa if it had been properly introduced to us. We had not stayed at the hotel before so weren't familar. We also had to go looking for staff to take our drinks or food order. We were in the communal seating area on both days and the music seemed the same which got boring. The massages were too expensive. Double what you would normally pay. You need to make use of the hotel to make it worth your stay. Our view from our room was of a car park so if you want a beach view, make sure you request this.

Great hotel with lovely staff

Breakfast as always offered a very good selection of food. The staff were very helpful throughout. Rooms were a good size, with a firm mattress.

Pillows provided were sponge or some artificial material - poor quality.

small thing, but an important one! expect hotel like this to have more comfortable pillows. would describe them as lumpy and one as flat. after a terrible first night sleep I requested different pillows and got feather ones which were so much better. would be nice if good quality comfortable pillows were available as a default and not aspecial request.

Fantastic hotel

The location is absolutely superb. The pool area is amazing and overlooks the beach which is a 2 minute walk away. There is a nice little shop next to the hotel which is handy for drinks and snacks, sun cream etc. She restaurant has magnificent views and the food is superb! My Fiancé and I did the 10 course tasting menu. She is pescatarian and was pregnant and the staff were extremely helpful in altering certain courses slightly if there was anything she couldn’t eat. The whole meal was a really enjoyable experience and the food was top top quality and every course was really tasty. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Formentera

Views and restaurant proper of a 5 star hotel.

The views and location are amazing, if you value nature and pristine areas this is the right place to be. The food offered at the bar and the restaurant are incredible, fresh and unique. The service is great too, everyone was very attentive and nice. These services are at the level of a 5* hotel.

The downside of the breakfast area is the lack of ventilation. No instructions were given to guests on how to use the sauna, so many guests didn't use a towel. Not much to say about the room furniture and decoration, it's average for a 4* hotel. I was disappointed to see many small plastics in the beach, this is not the hotel's wrong doing nor that they are responsible neither but still, it downgrades the beautiful area.

Stunning hotel and location, do book this hotel on Formentera and reception get your act together.

This hotel was more beautiful that the photos on the website and booking.com, it is a stunning hotel. The breakfast was amazing and had everything, the eggs were cooked perfectly and served until 12noon which for us was superb and it meant you could sleep in or use the spa/gym before. The dinner menu was crazy limited especially for vegetarians and non meat eaters, so better to dine out. I loved this hotel. The facial was the best I have ever had, incredible, including massages, so nice. The restaurant staff were so helpful and kind. This hotel would also be superb for anyone traveling alone and who wanted to relax and regenerate. I recommend hiring a scooter, and the little shop next door was really good.

There were language problems and when i tried to speak French it wasnt understood, maybe my accent. I had asked for a scooter to be booked when i arrived at reception but the next day i had to book it, annoying when you have little time. Our final morning we thought we would have a lie in but a maid walked into our room at 9am, then reception phoned at 9.30am to say there was a mistake with our spa booking that morning. Very annoying as I had organised the spa appointments the night before so we could have a lie in before our 2 flights back home. I asked for the reception to prepare the bill but when i went to check out 1 hour later it had not been done, so everything was stressful and then i was overcharged 80 euros which they said would be credited back to me but I have not received it in my bank?

A Very Nice Hotel. We would come back.

Really nice hotel. Great view. Restaurant offering was also good. We like the spa offreing a lot and used it every day.

The padel court was always booked out, but this was not a deal breaker for us. :)
