The staff and the location! Front desk, restaurant and housekeeping all exceptional. welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Gorgeous little hotel in the coolest neighbourhood. Great coffee and breakfast.

Was expecting it to be quite amazing but the rooms were dated and small. The pool was pushed in the back were there wasn't too much room. Overall felt too close together. The location was great and the staff were really nice.

Check-in was seamless and the staff were so helpful, providing us with the custom guide and map of Palermo. The guide has so many fantastic restaurants in it that are a must-see during your time in Palermo. The included breakfast was fantastic, as was the all-day brunch menu. The spicy carrot soup is AMAZING! The standard room is perfect for two people and the beds are so so comfortable. Overall, loved my experience at the Home Hotel

Location and design
The room was too hot and the AC didn't work well. There was noise of a door beating all the night. We told the staff and they didn't care.
