Nice pool and fitness area. SPA on the expensive site.
The Music was too loud in the restaurant, and you could in some seatings hear 2 different type of music.

Location and their staff were nice. 2 in particular Chandrima and Chetan were amazing. The kind of energy and proactive approach I have seen, she must be incentivized and promoted in the role.
Shower ( glass ) door needs to be fixed.

The staff is excellent and very polite. The Breakfast is very good and staff there are amazing helpful and friendly. Overall staff are very well trained and always ready to assist
The rooms are decent size and all the facilities are fine but I found it litter darker due to wood floor and black Polish which is the same for cabinets. I love wood finish but little lighter shade would look great.

I loved the reception I received on arrival..wonderful service from the reception area...
I loved the room with its amazing view of just trees.
The location of the hotel was perfect.
And the restaurant for breakfast was a complete delight with an amazing attentive staff...
what did shock me was the housekeeping and the behaviour of some of the staff who attended to my room.
was let down by this area of the staff..
