地點很好，要拍起來很漂亮的房間要貴一點的房型，不要選單人房

地點很好，旁邊轉彎就是草編一條街，繼續往前就是瓦洛洛市場，要去古城也很方便過個馬路就是了。單人房位在一樓但不會吵。出門口右轉30秒有7-11。

應該是我選了最便宜的單人房吧，所以跟其他人分享的照片有點落差，比較像民宿。好像也沒提供早餐服務，也沒有提供零食區或簡單的飲料。嚴格來說有點太陽春了，這樣房價就有點高。，而且電視訊號有點差，基本上不太能看。

Cozy hotel in a great location.

The room was large and the staff is fantastic.

The water would fluxuate from hot to cold in the shower and tub no matter how it was set.

Good hotel, good location, and really good staff

The room isn’t spacious enough, but really clean and comfy. And the location is really good, it’s not in the crowd area, but you can get anything you need easily. Close to seven eleven and also laundry counter. And the best thing I got is they have really kind and humble and superrr good staff. I forgot to ask her name, but she was incharge at July 16th 2023 afternoon. But another staff girl was sooo nice as well. You have really good staff, give them compliment please. Haha.. thanks nidhra lanna, def will come back!!

In the future, you need to build an elevator. Lol.

beautiful room, great location! great value for the money

such a beautiful room!! So clean, so modern with such attention to detail in the design. the tiles, curtains, mirror, walls, etc. everything was beautiful and i LOVED the bath tub. one of my favorite rooms I’ve ever stayed in. good hot water, very spacious room and bathroom area, nice A/C with daily water bottles. i felt like a queen in this room. it was very clean, housekeeping daily and overall just a really lovely experience. staff was very kind and helpful, quick to respond even late at night. location is good, just outside the old city with quick access to both parts of Chiang Mai.

only downsides are no elevator, and i was on the 4th floor 😅 but the staff helped me with my suitcase. it would be nice if there was more of a lobby/place to hang out in the hotel. it’s really just a check-in desk at the bottom of a staircase. the wi-fi was pretty on and off for me, despite each floor having its own router. it only worked if the staff reset the router, which they were always more than happy to do. it was a slight inconvenience but not that big of a deal and the staff was always really quick to fix it.

clean and near city center

it’s our second time to stay here. it’s our favorite hotel in Chiang Mai because very near Tha Pae Gate and Sunday walking street but reception works until 8 pm.

Exceptional

The facilities provided by this hotel is over and above even a 5 star hotel. They've really done up the interiors really well. My family loved everything about the room. The balcony is right along the river. It's a rare sight to get a free standing bathtub in any of the hotels all over the world unless they're high end. The staff at the reception tried their level best to communicate and helped us a lot even at odd times since we arrived very late in the night.

Amazing

The helpfulness of the staff makes a huge difference. The reception girls were amazing at all times, providing information, helping with booking activities and giving us local tips.

Get what you pay for.

Close to town centre, markets, tourist sites. Eateries, Lanna style. Front of house friendly and helpful. Daily house keeping. Comfy bed.

No lift. No breakfast despite stated on website. Facilities somewhat dated. Minimal power points. Had to boil kettle in bathroom area.

the rooms are how they look in the photos. couldn’t believe when I opened the door for the price I payed. it’s on a busy road so if you can sleep due to traffic it may not be for you but if that’s no concern to you then you are missing out not staying here.

Excellent location with amazing staff willing to do whatever they could to help us with our visit!

The staff at the hotel were EXCELLENT!! After several days of travel we needed to get some laundry done. The staff were super helpful to get a local company that could get our clothes washed and returned in the same day. They were willing to do anything to help make our stay the best it could be. LOVED our time at this hotel!

Everything is perfect

Gorgeous rooms! would definitely visit again

The room was brand new! Comfortable bed, big tub, and a lovely terrace (mountain view room). The staff, and Tu specially, went out of their way to help us. The location was perfect, just outside the old city, with a view to the mote and mountains behind the city.

There is no elevator, which is a plus if you are hoping to get some exercise on your trip (it’s only 1-2 floors anyway)

Excellent Hotel and Location

We love the room design and spacious. Location is walkable to Thapae Gate and Chang Moi street. Moreover, Good Moat view. Highly Recommended!! We will be back for sure.
