I loved the location. You could walk right outside and be at the pool and the beach. There are also really nice restaurants and bars in walking distance.

I didn't like how close the toilets were to the showers in my room.

I loved this place.. We stayed in 3 different places during our trip to San Pedro because we like to try out different places and this was my favorite. Location was great, room was a perfect size plus bright and cheerful, staff was super friendly and attentive, and I would recommend highly!

I cannot comment anything negative about the place itself. My only comment would be that I wished the seaweed wasn't on the beaches but no one can control mother nature!

From the moment we booked our stay at Caye Casa, the owner, Jake, was in touch to ensure that all our questions were answered. Justin, who worked at the reception, was incredibly helpful. He check in on us where we were there, giving us fresh beach towels, which were very much appreciated. Justin also helped us to rent a golf cart and put us in touch with an excellent tour company. We love the view from our ground floor apartment. It overlooked the sea and we were within walking distance to so many restaurants! When we got to know the area, we realized that we could easily walk to San Pedro town center too. All the staff at Caye Casa were exceptional - friendly, helpful, and informative about the area. We loved our apartment! We really appreciated the built-in filtered water since we read that we shouldn't drink tap water in Belize. Jake also helped us to organize a taxi when we arrived and when we left. In fact, when the taxi didn't turn up on time when we departed, he took us to the water taxi so we wouldn't miss it. If we visit San Pedro again, we wouldn't need to look for accommodations. We would definitely return to Caye Casa!

Really enjoyed our stay here , the room was nice and clean and the staff are outstanding. They helped organise taxis , golf cart ,excursions and even laundry . Nothing was too much trouble for them . We had a standard room so only glimpses of the ocean but was comfortable and clean . Great location across from restaurants/ bars and not far from the centre of San Pedro

We loved the location and how close it was to the ocean. Had great AC and a fairly large room. Jake and his family were very welcoming. Definitely recommend!

The pictures led me to believe it was on the beach and it is beach/sea front, but there's a road running between the property's yard and the sea, the yard is sandy so you don't see the difference here. Wouldn't put me off staying again, just something to note

Seriously we have no complaints. It was fabulous and we highly recommend it!

The staff were especially pleasant and helpful both before and after our arrival. The location is good especially if you want to be away from the centre of town yet still have excellent access to restaurants etc. The beachfront is lovely and well maintained.

Our room was perfectly adequate but it was clear that if you spent more there were much better rooms to be had. This is on us not Caye Casa. In hindsight we ought to have selected a better room.

Host Jake was exceptionally helpful. He gave recommendations for where to visit and arranged our hire of a golf cart at a good rate. Room was very comfortable with complementary drip coffee machine and “welcome beer”. Location is excellent, right on the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Downtown is just a 15 minute walk.

the only thing that would have made this 10/10 would be to have had our room attended to each day.

Room #3 was beyond amazing. Ground level with its own balcony and 2 different entrances. The location of Caye Casa was great! Walking distance to most restaurants, nightlife and shopping. The only time we got a golf cart was to drive to Secret Beach, and the staff helped us with calling for cart availability. Staff also helped arrange our full day snorkel adventure. The room had 2 AC units to keep cool inside. There is plenty of space to move around for my husband and I. There is a full kitchen and full-size refrigerator. Drinking water/ice cubes were provided, so bring or buy a water bottle to keep filling. 2 Beach towels provided to use. Netflix is available for lazy nights staying in on a big, comfy sofa.

The bed was firm if that's what you like. The shower water gets all over the place so be careful.

Excellent stay. Would recommend to anyone visiting San Pedro

Great communication from Jake, he helped us out with an early check-in. We stayed in the Caribbean Dream suite and it was stunning. It had great ocean views and all the amenities you would need. Welcome beers and good coffee in the suite made our day
