Very good

Very helpfully personel. We had to leave early morning, some time before breakfast. We got food packs prepared by hotel staff, that we could eat during our trip.

Lovely kusadasi

Excellent location big room with banoramic sea view very good swimming pool excellent breakfast good value money two minutes walk to the amazing lady beach many shops and restaurant around behind it mini carfour all the stuff special thanks for shief mouhmed for his amazing egg omelette and again for Gûlcan for her help 🌹🌹

Superb

Incredible value. Very close to the beach and a nice pool if you are feeling lazy. Room was quite big and had a great balcony and view. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

Mostly unusable wifi. If they fix/upgrade this then the stay is almost perfect. I was woken up before 8 am by a loud knock presumably from the cleaning staff. If they are going to start so early that's ok but I should be notified and we should be provided with do not disturb cards.

Very good

The Ponz is a great hotel 200 m from lady beach. They have an amazing pool with sun all day long. The room is spacious with a balcony. The staff is amazing and Gulcen ( the lady at reception) went above and beyond to statisfy our needs. I wish everybody hotel has somebody like her working for them because it has a huge impact on the experience. Thank you Gulcen for your great work

The WiFi network isn’t great even tho there is an different connection for every floor. The elevator is the slowest thing I have ever seen.

Superb

The hotel close to the beach (approx. 5 min. walk), very friendly staff, spacious and clean room, balcony with sea view, mini-fridge, a very welcome and so much needed air conditioning in the hot days and nights, the swimming pool where you can spend a relaxing and pleasant time, buffet breakfast and dinner with plenty, varied and tasty food.

Except for the reception staff, communication in English is difficult. Wi-Fi not working in the room. As a whole, and especially in the common parts, the hotel does not excel in anything, it is a modest but functional one, ensuring a pleasant stay for tourists without high demands. Remember: hotel classifications and standards in Turkey are different from those in Europe!

okay stay- but I wouldn't recommend

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is also good- close to amenities and beach. Our room was quiet and peaceful.

Wi-fi didn't work in the first two days, the pool area wasn't clean, and food wasn't great either. Most common spaces looked old, dirty and needed a revamp. We needed to use the lift due to having an elderly family member, but it was painfully slow and often occupied by the housekeepers or staff. They definitely need a new lift. The room was okay but pretty dated, so don't fall for the fancy looking photographs on their website. For anyone who are new to Kusadasi- please know that the area is overly crowded and pricy during summer months.

Very good

The chef , restaurant staff ,reception staff and cleaning staff was very hospitable and always smiling. Main chef and assistant chef and all cleaning staff are the real gem of Ponz villa hotel. Thank you.

Lift was very slow and we had to use stairs with push chair and little children.

Good hotel at a great location

Location is great. Few steps from Ladies Beach, restaurants, shops, bars, bus stop to downtown. Nice pool area, good breakfast and dinner. Free parking on street. For the price its a totally good accomodation.

Poor wifi. “simple” guests in hotel.

Minor inconvenience is that the lift is very slow.

Location is excellent, meal plan was half board. Breakfast was fine but dinner was quite poor. We ate out most nights

My phone vanished from my room only to miraculously turn up after I kicked up a stink, we rang the phone in the room before we reported it missing and it dint ring but we could hear it in the room when it turned up🤷‍♀️

Pleasant

Problems sorted straight away and nothing was a problem , staff very helpful. Mins walk to , ladies beach and ideal for local bus service into kusadasi.

No sea views unless coming out of rooms, all are over the pool but was not a problem. The room was large 1 single and a double. Evening meal not alot of choice, needed more choice of fruit. Could do with a bit of paint job in places

big room with big balcony, sea view, good food, good location, the pool, personnel.

the worst wi-fi, pool is closed at 7 p.m, spa is closed, just one elevator for many rooms, Kusadasi is for industrial tourism.

Very good

Good food, the staff are absolutely amazing they would do anything for you.

Everything was great but I wish the cats were nuetered by next year I love cats and to see so many pregnant females is awful

Superb

The location of the hotel is great, they clean the room every day, the staff is very freandly.

I don't like the breakfast, every day was the same, and Wi-Fi was slow. I it's no parking place nearby.
