Beautiful, quiet, and central hotel.
The hotel is beautiful, fresh, and has an ambitious art collection. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The rooms are fresh. The location is excellent. The pool area is nice.
The hotel's gym is large and well-equipped but worn and not in line with the hotel's other facilities. It lacks towels and other amenities.

Great location and pool. Not sure if it’s a great value for your money though.
Great location. Beautiful lobby. Great pool. Good amount of closet space in the room. Yummy breakfast.
Our room was very small and many of the rooms are an odd shape because of the structure of the building. The sheets were not changed until asked. Front desk staff not super accommodating.

Very nice stay.
Very good location to go in the Old City, nice restaurants around (Touro, first station, etc...), nice staff.
Breakfast is a bit expensive.

we had a good stay but it would have been perfect with air conditioning.
The breakfast was amazing. Ali took great care of us. Abed Montased was the best room attendant we’ve ever had, he did a great job for us. we loved the rain shower. overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return.
The AC in our room never worked well and ended up breaking completely the last 2 nights. it was Shabbat so we had to deal with it.

Bad sleep. Rude staff. Clean conditions. Great location.
Hotel was clean and had great location!
Staff was bad, they didnt speak English very well. the only person that was really trying to help me was a young lady, but I saw her getting patronized by a male staff boss all the time. I had multiple problems at the room - pillows were uncomfortable, bed was pretty short and too soft so my spine would hurt. And the air conditioning was loud, flashing lights in the night and annoying. It was hot in the night but the aircon was heating the entire hotel and it was impossible to turn the heating off which made the air in the room super hot and dry. I dont sleep with aircon on , because it makes my throat and eyes sore - it was imposible to turn it off. Because of these problems, my body didnt relax and regenrete during the night - which is the most important role of the hotel which it failed. The pool wasnt working even though it was already hot and it wasnt mentioned on booking. The light from the corridor was so bright it would always get into the room through a hole in the door. But what is worst is that there was no empathy from staff towards me. I told them about all these problems. It was 1am in the night and I couldnt sleep, my back hurt, air con was on, lights were waking me up and my eyes and throat were sore. The staff went to some kind of panic mode - they couldnt speak English (also the morning shift couldnt). They told me 10000 words but none of that was to help me, the male stuff couldnt comprehend that they failed the hospitality part, they just kept repeating to me everything was ok. even after I told them it wasnt ok… The pinnacle of dissapointment was when I told them my throat is sore becase of the air con, and they gave me 2 bottles of water and charged me for it…. Now I dont know if this is culture difference but in a normal place when you failed your guest , you offer him something for free… It was a huge insult to me, to sell me water for a sore throat when it was hotels fault in the first place.
