Easy to access everywhere.
Woolworth and liquor .

This is the second time we have stayed here and we absolutely love it.

Facilities were great and not overly populated. for example a full sized billiard table seldom used. Indoor and outdoor pool and spa seldom used (but is winter). well stocked library. The proximity was close to trams and transport. Woolies and good eateries across the road. Just so relaxing (and so warm even in winter). Noticed dishwasher leaking and was attended to within a few hours.
dishwasher aged and clunky - too small ofr the dinner plates to wash correctly. Yep that sums up the negatives.

The location is great for easy access to all the Gold Coast, via car or Tram located 150m from the front door.
The TV constantly glitched to the point it was unwatchable. The internet Wi-Fi was supper slow. The mattress protector had blood stains showing through the base sheet. Staff attitude when we got to see them due to their short hours was that we should have said something earlier.

not well maintained - one toilet didn’t flush (penthouse suite)
kitchen flip tap leaked badly,
ice machine in fridge didn’t work and overall condition was not pristine in cleanliness as expected especially paying top dollar with a penthouse

Just a few maintenance items that need attention. The beds are well worn and could do with new mattresses or a mattress topper.
shower in main bedroom could do with a deep clean as it is starting to get mould

Location fantastic, Views superb, Tram stop across the street. Room spacious and clean. Pool, spa, sauna all spotless. Really good property.
The pillows in the master way to soft, which was a shame. Would suggest replacing the flimsy cooking utensils. I.e., egg flip poor. Other than that all great, heaps of crockery, cutlery and appliances.

the location is good for me as we are driving, everything was a short drive away.
the roller bed that would not stay still, the dryer was not working properly, the stove was not working properly.
the toilet seat is broken
needs a few updates but the view is great.

For our group of six girlfriends, we really enjoyed the location, view and surrounding food options. Also the fact that we were on 32nd floor meant it was very quiet. View was fabulous. Kitchen was great and the soda stream was very much appreciated. Plenty of towels and drier was very useful.
The furniture really needs to be updated. The very large square table was way too big! The dining chairs were very uncomfortable. The lounge suite definitely needs to be replaced as it also was very uncomfortable.

The apartment was spacious, quiet and well appointed and look forward to staying there again in the future. The future was exquisite.
