dirty , smelly , so dated and not worth the money .

The bedroom was super modern, it was beautiful, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable.
The pool was great, warm and not too deep, so safe for poor swimmers.
The staff were friendly and attentive and the kitchen staff obligingly provided us with dinner, although we were a few minutes late for last orders.
At breakfast, there was only scrambled egg in the presentation, so perhaps a choice of eggs could have been offered.

Room was lovely and comfy bed
Breakfast was not so good, bacon was stewed rather then grilled or fried and we weren't allowed to sit by the window area as it was set up for dinner!

Builders started work at 8 o'clock was not made aware before we arrived that there was renovations going on in the hotel

Had dinner in the restauaunt which was very good especially the malteser cheescake, very comfartable ambiance in the restauraunt. All of the staff were very friendly and anything I asked for I got, no problem.
No issues at all , Had a very relaxing comfartable stay.

Breakfast was very greasy and when booking I didn't realise we just couldn't pop down to the pool. Ppl from the area use this for classes because it's a health and fitness club which I didn't realise. We didn't get the chance to use it which was disappointing.

The telephone was in the bathroom which was a bit odd.We did enjoy the breakfast but not enough choice on on the cold products no ham cheese etc No fridges in room.

We had a lovely new receptionist try to assist us with a query, who asked her colleague for assistance as she was unable to help with the colleague. She was extremely rude and unhelpful, putting us off the hotel

Fab hotel staff were just lovely . Rooms upgraded to a very high standard and plenty of plug sockets especially near the mirror which is rare. Definitely be back
