It was a comfortable and an enjoyable stay, thanks to Katerina, Gerasimos and Achilles!

I am not really one to write up a review but our experience during our stay has convinced me to write one: the location of the hotel was excellent, a 5-minute walk to the supermarket, with it’s parking lot, the venue for pickup of tours. The hotel is close to many bars, restaurants and shops and the bus station. The staff, Katerina, Gerasimos and Achilles were very friendly, accommodating,helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Their suggestions were very helpful to us. Breakfast was adequate, delicious and balanced, variety of fresh fruits, pastries, bacon, hotdog, eggs, enough options to choose from. Our room is ideally situated overlooking the sea with a volcano view, clean, air conditioning working properly, and a shower and a toilet in separate rooms (plus), a safe is provided, a TV and a small refrigerator too. The wi-fi signal in the hotel is quite good. There is also a swimming pool in the hotel. The view. Our balcony,.the huge bathroom, the VIEW. Access to public parking within reason. Help with luggage.

The breakfast did not vary from day to day and had no cappuccino option. The decor was austere. All grey and white with no color. The steps were plentiful and steep. Not for old people...

View was stunning, rooms were clean and spacious (junior suites), short walk from town centre, lovely swimming pool, good breakfast, very helpful staff.

There were a lot of steps but it was worth it for the views.

I would recommend this hotel

pros great staff, great view ( we had room 401 with a hot tub so we got to spend 5 nights looking at the sunset from the tub), big rooms, good value for what you get, good breakfast, good pool, good value for what you get. we got to spend our days looking at the cliffs - we liked that it was on the edge of town and we didn’t have a big hotel beside us.

cons: would have liked the air conditioning to be a more robust, hard beds (we like super soft beds so if you like a harder bed it’s the place for you), 126 stairs to the main road ( but that is ok for santorini so expect that)

We all loved this villa, very clean and friendly, and in a great location for Thira’s many bars and restaurants.

the beds were so comfortable, and everywhere was kept spotless. The staff could not do enough for you, and were all very friendly. The breakfast was also very good, with a mixture of hot and cold food. I also like the fact that the pool area was away from the hustle and bustle of the town, so was more private than other villas we saw.

we had a fridge in the apartment but no kettle. it would have been lovely to have a cup of coffee on the balcony. The pool isn’t heated, and was very cold. We were there early May though.

Perfect hotel, in the heart of Fira, walking distance to most restaurants and bars.

The breakfast offering was quite poor and limited and the pool bar was not manned at all times meaning was difficult to get a refreshing drink while relaxing at the pool.

We booked a very last minute hotel in Santorini and had no idea what to expect but were so surprised with the location and impressed with the staff at Tzekos. Erasamus checked us in and gave us incredibly helpful information on how to do the hike from Fira to Oia that we wanted to do, and arranged for a tax to pick us up promptly when we needed.

I did not like that the bed is upstairs in the room (the room is two floors) because heat rises and I normally get up to use the restroom during the night. On the flipside, it makes for a very large living space + bathroom downstairs.

Pool was very clean, water was warm and views from the pool were breathtaking. Staff was exceptional. Very clean room and common area Breakfast was good and convenient Location is amazing, close to everything in Fira, small balcony with fantastic view of caldera. A/c in the room worked great

Best view of Fira.

Great place to stay. After many searches we found one of the best places we could have stayed. View from the balcony, breakfast location and swimming pool are pricessless. Clean hotel, friendly staff and hard working. Hotel on the hill with great view over the caldera. Central close to main bus station and main street with all the good restaurants. Quiet due to the position. Swimming pool with great view, decent size and decent bar prices.

Very good

Overall the place is super good. Stunning view of the volcano. Breakfast is just ok for me. 4 min away from the central bus station in Fira and many shops and restaurants.

The only thing i can complain about is the stairs specially if you have a heavy bag. But i guess that not this hotel issue only more than the elevated city construction.

Superb service and exceptional view

The property is perched on the cliff which provides a fantastic, stunning view of the caldron and sea. It’s a great location since it is close to the main area but not too close to be noisy. The service was fantastic. We mentioned we were going on the hike to the nice gentleman at the pool who worked there and when we were back in our room they delivered a map and information about the trail. We didn’t even have to ask. Now that’s service! The young man that worked in the afternoon and evening was so thoughtful and kind. He really made us feel like we were special.
