An OK hotel in a dump of a city

Some very helpful reception staff.

The queues for breakfast - and the fact they ran out of fresh pineapple - in the Philippines!! Not enough fresh pineapple at breakfast! The chef needs to get a grip!

Seda Abreeza is our favorite hotel. We had the opportunity to stay here for the second time and we will definitely come back here again. We used accommodation in a Premier room, which I can really recommend to everyone interested in good quality accommodation. There is a beautiful view of Davao from the top floors. We were pleased with the extension of complementary accessories included in room. We spent our stay with our 2.5-year-old daughter, who slept comfortably with us on a large enough bed. The breakfasts are top notch compared to international hotels and we definitely recommend using them. The service and hotel management work absolutely brilliantly. After checking out, the reception allowed us to store our luggage before our departure to the airport. Certainly, the location near the shopping center offers the comfort of extended services to guests. Thank you Seda Abreeza for a lovely stay. Ladislav

It was a nice stay except for the above mentioned observation.

Rooms are nice, not small and not too big.

The restaurant is too visible from the get go upon entering the lobby. It should also have some dress code where guests shouldn’t be allowed to enter wearing just sleeveless shirts.

Only stayed for a few hours, just needed a place to shower and rest for a bit. Not impressed.

I like that its by the mall.

The room is fine, but lack of basic stuff inside, no wash towels, no emergency toothbrush and toothpaste and other basic toiletries. Not enough bottled water, and the breakfast buffet is very limited.

Very family oriented and wish to have stayed more. Easy transaction during check in and I love how they made us feel home. I will surely go back again.

I like this property that is why I have been booking this hitel every time I am in Davao.

The staff at the lobby restaurant. I approached 2 staffs to request coffee for me & my companion and thee coffee did not arrive. They are only choosing people that they want to serve.

Highly recomment the Hotel and Staff

We liked everything the staff were very warm welcoming and friendly we will definetly stay here again. The food was good lots of choice. The rooms were big and bright. Swimming pool was also excellent

The staff are nice

Our toilet had a stinky smell. The aircon is not consistent. Sometimes it would be very cold and we would wake up sweaty because the temperature changed. For breakfast, even if it’s only 9am, most of the food are good and not refilled.

Location is close to the mall and stores, reachable by walking. Staff are all so pleasant and helpful and approachable. Water bottles are replaced everyday.

Some items that the client normally needed are not in the room; it has to be requested. Towels are dirty looking, including bath mat. Inconsistent in replacing hand towels and face towels, 2 towels taken only 1 replaced. Only 1 pair of slippers provided for 2 people in the room. One evening we got to the room from outside activities, the room smells urine; we have to ask for a room fragrant spray.

towel is dirty looking not white! inconsistent with the content towels. face towels, hand towels and did not change the bath mat and still smell stinky!

Seda is a great place to stay in Davao City, at a good price with clean rooms, friendly staff, great food, and opposite rhe mall - can't ask for much else.

The experience we had was good particularly the New Year's Day event. The manager was accommodating and very helpful

it's close to the shopping malls and it has great location

The selection of breakfast buffet was minimal, and some of the staff were not attending to the needs of the guests.
