Don’t trust RK as a hotel, it’s just a guest house

Very expensive for a basic guest house , Booking has mislead me to take this property

It's worth it, for the price. Good location, easily accessible to the city centre.

Hotel is very clean, and staff are very helpful. Room is large and very functional, with good facilities

I paid for a Deluxe suite, but was given a studio without my knowledge/approval, and was not refunded.

No sockets in kitchen area so not possible to use the electric kettle!!

The size of the room

Bed is not comfortable, location, my apt. Door didnt lock from the inside, and I had leakage water from waterheater.

The location was good and central, but that was about it. The gym / roof had a nice view.

The apartment smelled like mold and was extremely uncomfortable and damp. The first night when we arrived, our driver did not show up to meet us at 1AM despite several confirmations, which was very frustrating. The air conditioning in the bedroom was also broken, and there were no blinds in the bedroom our first night. We also suspect we had an iphone stolen by housekeeping.

The reception desk in general, while in particular Moioa was excellent with augusto and josephenia were great during the checking in process.

The presence of a roach under the sink where the trashcan is installed

Nice and helpfull staff. Very spacious and clean rooms, good wifi in all the hotel, conveniently situated in the center.

The room was very nice and clean. The kite hen was very useful and offered a nice place to cook our dinner.

The amenities such as soap, toilet paper, and towels had to be requested through calling the front desk. But they did bring them and fixed the issue.
