Piacevole soggiorno

Ottima posizione e letti molto comodi, buona la colazione

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti ed è capitato di non aver trovato la camera sistemata ( letto non rifatto e cestini non svuotati). Una sera rientrando in hotel abbiamo trovato anche la stanza aperta.

Położenie jest genialne. Hotel w danym centrum starego miasta. Wszędzie blisko. Miła obsługa. Świetne śniadanie.

Hôtel très bien placé à côté de la vieille ville aux petits soins pour ses clients!

La chambre pour 3 adultes est très grande, elle dispose même d’une kitchenette. Il y a du café et du thé à Disposition. Notre vol a été annulé et nous avons pris une chambre en dernière minute dans l’attente de notre prochain vol. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement . Mention spéciale à Dilan à la réception qui nous a gentiment fait préparer un lunch bag car nous quittions l’hôtel avant l’ouverture de la salle de petit déjeuner ! 👌

Ottimo residence per visitare Praga senza usare i mezzi e senza pensieri.

Viste anche le recensioni negative, temevo di trovare qualcosa che non andava, invece ci siamo trovati benissimo in tutto. Camera pulita, considerando la moquette, bagno spettacolare (non c'è bidet, ma si sa...) colazione ottima sia dolce che salata, con ampia varietà e quantità di tutto, personale gentile. Non abbiamo avuto necessità particolari per provare le capacità di risolvere problemi, ma questo vuol anche dire che è andato tutto bene. Posizione centralissima e tranquilla. Promosso.

Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, direi di curare bene la moquette in tutti gli angoli e di mettere un po' d'olio nelle cerniere dell'armadio. Ma sono davvero cose minime.

Bei meinem nächsten Besuch gehen wir wieder in dieses Hotel.

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage,alles war fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut,nur die Rühreier hätten wärmer sein können. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

Die Duschkabine war etwas klein und umständlich im einstieg. Fehlende Steckdosen im Bettbereich.

В номерах убирали, но почему-то нам не приносили туалетную бумагу и не добавляли мыло, которое и так было на дне, как только мы заехали (мы оставались на 4 дня), за этим почему-то не следят 😕

I'll be back! Comfy beds! Perfect hotel!

Location was perfect!! Breakfast was ok. Beds were so comfy but rooms were a little to warm. However when I come back to this beautiful city I will stay here again as it was just perfect and staff were so lovely! We had a great time. If your not sure where to book or which hotel honestly this one is perfect!

The breakfast.. it was just ok. Maybe adding different cereal, pancakes, crepes, smoothies even. Just something that would have guests saying O wow breakfast was amazing. However I did enjoy the really nice fresh pastries! ☺️

Habia un viaje de estudios de chavales y no paran de hacer ruido por la noche, y el hotel pasaba de tema. Es un hotel para ir tirando barato, pero para descansar lo justo.

Super bien placé pour visiter Prague

Emplacement exceptionnel. Rue très calme dans le centre ville. Vraiment proche du pont Charles.

Le petit déjeuner ne se semble pas correspondre à celui d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Salle exiguë, bruyante, offre un peu limitée par exemple jus de fruits chimique.

- No window in the bathroom, but that seems to be standard in most hotels. - Rooms can be a little noisy at night, from mine I could hear some kind of engine running. Never found out what it was.

clean hotel, good breakfast, nice location

i liked the location (it s very close to the city centre) and the fact that it was clean.

I did not like the interaction with a lady from the reception. The night before checking out, i specifically asked about late check out and when can i last decide wether or not i want it. She confirmed me that the next morning after breakfast i can come to her and she will give me the late checkout if i want it, because it was available. When the time came she told me it was not possible and that there is nothing she can do. Only after i confronted her about the lie she told me, she checked is the room is available and finally gave me the late check-out. So she was just not in the mood to check after specifically telling me that the room is 100% available a night before.

Excellent location, walking distnce from see sights, bridges, old town. The venings are little bit noisy because of the bar and restaurants but it depends on ths season you selecected. better is to book the parking place

The furniture is a bit oldfashin but wealos understand that the hotel aligns that with the old bohemian style
