DISAPPOINTING

The only good thing about it is the location.

That's the 3rd time I visited this crap hotel, and it will be the last. I normally go to the AKRA HOTEL, the best. I went back because my husband insisted, as the only good thing about it is the location and NOTHING else. From outside, the place looks like a huge hospital. The lobby itself is fine. The corridor to the bedrooms looks like the red light district, as they decided to put red lights all over... very heavy looks. While I was there, I decided to go to the beauty salon, which was a mistake. The hairdresser is very pushy. My hair isn't dry at all, but the hairdresser, of course, trying to sell treatments, told me my hair is very dry. Also, he told me a price in euros, as if they are in the European community (ridiculous). He used his own converter to tell me the price, which wasn't really in euros but in pounds. He thought I didn't notice that 😳 how stupid. So honesty isn't really their thing, so watch out. The food from the restaurant isn't the best, so it's better not to book half board as there are plenty of restaurants down the road. If you book through a platform like booking.com or any other, they will charge you for any extras the night before check-out. I paid, but anyway the next morning, you have to go to reception, so they will ask you to wait for 2 minutes while they check your bedroom... well, well, they did and guess what??? They charged me again as I said I paid it the night before... honesty isn't something those people ever learned. Think really well before booking it. That's advice I give you

once again very enjoyable.

My third time at the hotel,and every visit has been problem free,attentive staff and very friendly and polite.plenty of choice at meal times and the hotel and grounds are very clean.

Loved it

Good location with lots of restaurants in front, huge swimming pool, close to the city and friendly staff. the moonlight restaurant has great food and affordable. The rooms are cleaned every day and well cleaned!! The buffet breakfast has many options and tastes great.

WiFi and no sand beach, but stones and rocks. However, Lara isn’t that far away (sand beaches)

Ausgezeichnet

Die Lage ist perfekt, an der Strandpromenade mit vielen guten Restaurants und Kaffees. Die Eingangshalle ist ein echter Blickfang😃 Die Liegen am Pool sind sehr bequem und wir haben immer problemlos einen Platz gefunden. Das a la Carte Menu ist ausgezeichnet, so auch das Moonlight Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse.

Die Sauberkeit der WCs in der Lobby liessen sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Необычный и классный отель

Необычный отель, сначала неоднозначные впечатления от белого цвета, но быстро привыкаешь, вцелом отель классный, аквапарк бесплатно почти на территории, а лет десять назад нас привозили туда аж из Кемера.,а тут прям в отеле. Рядом шикарный парк с кучей кафе на любой вкус, много детских площадок там, и вообще парк у моря очень красивый, можно долго гулять, дойти до лифта и посмотреть шикарный вид сверху, место супер, ну и сам номер с кроватью на балконе и разными подсветками, еще понравилось, что еду можно заказать в номер и приносят всё очень быстро, рядом парк развлечений Актур с колесом обозрения, магазин мигрос.,класный лифт с видом на бассейн и море. На территории аллея апельсиновых деревьев и живет кошка с котятами, которые очень ласковые и дают их потискать, что не свойственно турецким кошкам ) ресторан тоже хороший, есть детское питание. Детская площадка и клуб. В общем отель запомнился и понравился! Девушка на ресепшене русскоговорящая, все объяснит если вопросы есть.

Аквапарк работает не каждый день к сожалению

A big cockroach was in my room, ink marks on my bed sheet and no shampoo for a 5 star Hotel!

I copied and past the email I sent to booking.com customer service but didn't get any help. Good morning all, Please find attached a picture and videos. I still have other videos. I’m writing regarding my stay in hotel Su on the 8th of July till 16th of July 2023. I was with my pregnant daughter and my grand son. On our first day a big cockroach was making his way walking out from our bathroom to the room!! I called the reception and they send a cleaner with some chemicals to kill it. My daughter who is pregnant was with me and my grandson. I was terrified. We left the room. I went to the reception I made a complain to the reception manager. I showed him the video of the cockroach. The manager gave us another room. I couldn’t sleep worrying about it!!! The next day morning in our new room, I found a big ink mark on the bed sheet!!!! I took a picture! The room was ok but they haven’t cleaned up the room daily!! Or change any towels daily!! No shampoo or shower gel!! For a 5 stars hotel!!!! The Hotel was good but not what I expected for a 5 stars hotel. The cockroach and the dirty bed sheet didn’t give me the holiday I was looking forward to.

They didn't clean my room or change my towels everyday. No shampoo or shower gel (for a 5 stars hotel). Phobias and fear of cockroaches (it was in my room and everywhere in the hotel).

Its was one of the worst hotels i ever stayed in, they call it five star but would say max 3

Warning! its a horrible place. Nothing works and its dirty and no one speaks a word of english. I would not stay here for free again.

Amazing Comfortable stay

It was amazing with lovely view and very clean. We reached early and the room was ready for us. The white interior is difficult to keep clean all the time but the staff did great job. Multiple facilities and entertainment to enjoy at the hotel and beach. There was complete privacy in balcony and one could comfortably lie down on the bed in balcony. Free access to Aqualand was a plus

The size of the tv didn't match the price we paid, there was no option to log in netflix

Exceptional

The staff for room cleaning are so kind and I was so comfortable. The lady who took care of my room, I met her in front of the elevator on the day before leaving. She told me I will check out tomorrow, but she is off for work, and thank you to me. I appreciate her hospitality And when I got back to my room, I found that she created flowers with towel. I was so appreciated her and she cared for my feelings during solo travel.

Reception. Only a gentleman when I checked out was kind. But all others are cold and not kind. The man didn't tell me any restaurant information even though I booked include breakfast and dinner when I checked in the hotel.

perfect hotel in all respects, excellent service location and a full on continental breakfast, the evening buffet restaurant had so much choice. would highly recommend

Great staff

Staff are very polite and hard working, anybody who writes in their review that staff are rude are probably rude to the staff which i did see holiday makers treating staff like servants and speaking to them like dirt. good location near to beach
