Fairly basic hotel but we had a good stay.

Food was good, staff were helpful

Lifts were bad. Not much room around pool and people were annoyingly putting towels on sunbeds and not using them!

Would stay there again and recommend to families

The breakfast here was the best I have had in a long time, there is something there for everyone! The family entertainment at night was really good . The pools were large and the kids one is great! It’s a quiet location in Benidorm but within 10 minutes walk of the strip and Levante beach. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets on the door step. Everyone really enjoyed the stay. Roberto on reception was so welcoming and friendly and I really enjoyed his humour, he really suits well to this family orientated hotel .

Staff can be rude regarding payments for food/drinks. My father had bought some cans of beer from the bar and because it was so hot and the ice melted he returned to the bar shortly afterwards to ask for more ice and he felt accused of bringing his own drink in, he was followed and watched by a staff member to check if he was taking drinks from a supermarket in. On another evening we decided to have dinner in the restaurant and the lady at arrival repeatedly shouted that we hadn’t paid despite us telling her we want to pay. It was embarrassing and unnecessary, we were standing in the que where she had sent us to pay. We heard from other gusts that they also had experiences like this with staff and found it unpleasant too. The lift is terrible

The lifts as on the 9th floor the lifts do not work properly, the man on reception not very helpful

Iv stayed many times in the Regente and I’m always happy with everything

modern and clean.. it’s more for older people then younger (kids) good entertainment, good options for food.. overall nice hotel

just that it was more for the older generation.. but apart from that it was lovely..

Food was good i was in hospital and the staff could not do enough to help my husband and grandchild the day i was flying home we had booked and paid for incase i could not fly and theu refunded our cash without question yaun at reception is such a nice guy help u in any way i will defo be back great swimming pool as eell rooms good size

Everything we loved the pool food rooms very clean we have stayed in a view hotel in benidorm but i must sat thos was one of the best

Gate by the pool wasn't in operation, making a longer walk to the shops. To address security issues , if the gate code was changed often it would solve the problem of outsiders getting into the pool.area

In general i spent nice time.

I like the swimming pool. It is so clean. I like the morning exercise in the water. The coach is cool and you can get to know many guests during the sport. Evening is nice too.

Food options for vegetarians are not enough. Poor room cleaning service. There are only two elevators. They are absolutely insufficient. Most of the employees are not smiling. When you need to talk to the reception staff, you wait for a long time to finish talking with another guest. Usually there is one employee at the reception. Some of the staff do not speak English.
