Con ganas de volver

La amabilidad de todo el personal, la ubicación, cerca de lo más importante, Topkapi, Santa Sofía, a un paseo.

Nos alojaron al mismo precio en una habitación superior, vista a la calle, lo peor, el baño un poco pequeño.

اخلاق موظفين الاستقبال وخاصة الموظف أسعد الموجود في صالة الافطار

انهم الغوا حجزي الاخر قبل فترة الالغاء المجاني بأربع أيام بحجة ان الالغاء كان عن طريق بوكينج والإفطار كان عادي جدا

هذا ليس اول مرة لي الإقامة في الفندق ولكن كانت اسوء هذه المرة الموقع الفندق ممتاز جميع المرافق العامة من مترو و محطة مرمراي و العبارات و البحر و جميع الخدمات جنبك من مقاهي و المطاعم و حافظ مصطفى

مع الأسف اقامتي سيئة هذه المرة طلبت غرفة من بوكينج وصلت الغرفة مجوزة بالكامل و اعطوني غرفة ليست مريحة و مزعجة جدا و الطاقم كانو يحاولون مساعدتي شكرا لهم و تدخل كان من المدير و تم تغيير الغرفة بعد 3 ايام إلى جناح و هذا هي المأساة الجناح قديم مكسر في فجوات في السقف الاثاث قديم جدا الرائحة الكريهة و رائحة الاكل توصل إلى فوق جنب الجناح يوجد سلالم العمال يجلسون هناك و يدخنون و رائحة تدخين في الغرفة لايوجد مرايا و الاضاءة سيئة العاملة نظافة أيضا لا تنظف و مرة فتحت الغرفة على رغم كنت اقول لها اني موجودة في الغرفة استغربت لماذا تريد الدخول لايوجد شي يخصها

الاقامه كانت جميله والموظفين كان تعاملهم راقي ومحترم

أعجبني موقع الفندق ..في قلب سيركجي وكل شي متوفر بجانب الفندق الترام والمترو ومحطة امينونو والمطاعم والأسواق وحافظ مصطفى

يعب المكان إزعاج وزحمة السيارات والإفطار جيد ولكن المنيو ثابت ما يتغير لا يوجد تنويع

Locatie is centraal en makkelijk te bereiken. Midden in het centrum en op de grote weg.

My stay

I liked the location. The major tourist sites were within walking distance . The staff were super friendly. The housekeeping team did a great job as the hotel room was very clean

There was no chair or seat in the room. I got tired of just lying down on the bed. They should provide a chair for extra comfort.

not that much good.

Only the staff are amazing and helpful.

The property is old, there are not facilities at all, the place is crowded surrounding and noising, Spa is closed, rooms are very small.

Large comfortable rooms. Friendly Staff. Great location.

Great location within walking distance of the main tourist attractions in Sultanahmet. Friendly staff. Room was upgraded to the suite room which was like an apartment with bedroom and lounge combined, large bathroom and a balcony with a view of Golden Horn. It was a fantastic room to stay in.

The breakfast was ok but not great - mostly cheeses, salads, breads, sweet pastries, muesli-type cereals, fruits, scrambled eggs and salami-type processed meat. There were no decent English-speaking television channels available in the room.

with slanting roofs on top floor showers were average in 2 rooms 606/607. 605 was fine. Rooms could do with a chair in the room

An amazing hotel with a bad aftertaste in dealing with sensitive information

The hotel is really nice and located in an amazing part of the city, reachable by train, bus, etc. The hotel was clean, breakfast amazing, staff really friendly.

Despite everything I wrote above, there were two things which made the stay a really bad experience: 1) When we came to check in, the guy at the reception had my credit card number and CCV code written on a piece of paper. I was a bit shocked, then googled and yes, Booking does allow that they get that data, so I had to go through the additional cost of blocking my card and issuing a new one. Now I have a card with exactly the amount of money I intend to use. Was probably my mistake from the very beginning since I didn't know that, but beware that they write down the data. 2) The bed is REALLY REALLY small for two people so a bit difficult to get a good night's rest.

the hotel location is perfect

The hotel stuff whom I communicate before the arrival didn't help me enough The breakfast weren't as good as the past year the vegetables weren't fresh The bathroom was leaking and I asked the staff to repair it many times yet they didn't repair it

Excellent location , nice people and good B/F otherwise for the tariff room was not worth.

Excellent location and very good Breakfast.

The hotel is trying to cut costs every where. There was no Tissue box or Small writing pad and pencil near the . phone . They don’t provide more than two small bottles of water per day. There was additional bed in the room which they could not remove which was occupying unnecessary space in the room.

The perfect place near to everything!! Clean, staff so helpful. Breakfast is almost the same every day but its so variable so you choose different things every morning. I need to say it again the staff were amazing!!!

One thing is that the lighting in the room is not much I don’t know if its only in my room but you cant see inside the closet without your phone flashlight 😂 that’s the only thing
