Property owners Anna Maria and Vasilis ! After reading all the positive reviews about them, we decided to book a room here. All positive comments are true, nothing less. The location is very good, walking distance of the sea. They made recommendations based on the weather every day. Thanks to them, we had an unforgettable holiday. We felt like we were staying at our grandmother's summer house. It was pleasure to meet and know them. We will never ever forget them. Such a humble and warm hearted couple. We will visit again for sure, we missed them already.

We had an amazing stay in Villa Anna Maria. Lovely owners, great location, nice apartment.

We really enjoyed our apartment. Everything we needed was there. It was nice to come back every day to a clean apartment. The owners are such lovely people, always checking if we have everything we need. We also enjoyed the location, especially plenty of good restaurants around.

Amazing !!!! We will come back for sure ! The room was very clean..and also they clean every day. The view is very nice with terrace and you will find near a Market,Greek family tavernas and station bus. The hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful

Everything extremely clean! Every day! The stuff is wonderful and very careful about your needs! They are asking you every day if you need anything in the room, they give you advice about which beaches to visit according to the daily weather. The room is cozy and with complete kitchenette. The sea view is excellent and there are a lot of trees, flowers and grass around.

It is located up a high hill and it is kind of difficult to reach without a car. Although there are only about 100 m to climb.

Everything was absolutely perfect, Maria and Vasilis are the best hosts ever. They helped to find the best places and restaurant on the island. The studio was very clean and was kept clean every day by Maria and the view was just beautiful. We highly recommend this place.

Perfect villa, perfect hosts in Skiathos

Vasilis and Maria are the perfect hosts. It felt like I was on holiday in my childhood, they were so kind and always attentive to our needs. The room was perfectly clean, linens and towels fresh. The property is well-located (we have rented a car and there was a parking spot available - but pay attention, it is at the top of a hill) in a beautiful garden. We had all that was needed to prepare breakfast in the room (stove, utensils, pots, plates, cutlery). We also had a nice balcony overlooking Agia Paraskevi beach. The hosts gave us information about all the good places (restaurants and supermarkets). I can't wait to return here.

Fabulous views. Stress free holiday.

Anna Maria and Vassilias were so welcoming. Their rooms were immaculate. Their attention to detail..water and orange juice in the fridge. We didnt need to buy washing up liquid, sponge or tea towel. The kitchen equipment was like new. 2 ring hob. Toaster. Full size undercupboard fridge and cupboard for your grocerys. Good hairdryer . Beds firm but comfortable and when i mentioned my pillow was a little hard it got change straight away for a softer one. The view was stunning. The balcony was a joy to have breakfast on looking at the sea view. The rooms were cleaned every day...they work so hard together. Nothing was too much trouble. I wish them both a happy life. Thank you again for making my holiday stress free.

The steep climb to villa was a challenge. But well worth the view once you get to your villa. Taxis will take you up the hill if you take one after a day out.

Enjoyable with very welcoming hosts.

Good location with lovely views over the bay. Close to the main coastal road and local buses.

The property is on the hillside with lovely views but walking access is via a steep incline and several flights of stairs- could present difficulties for some people. Mattresses were firm and not very comfortable.

Wonderful hosts that go the extra mile to make sure your holiday is great, couldnt have been more helpful, rooms are spotlessly cleaned every day and all have a view you can just sit and admire. Great location near lots of excellent places to eat and drink, and very close to several excellent and best beaches. Didnt want to go home !!! Skiathos is very hilly so we hired a scooter very cheaply to see the island , but there is a good bus service and you could also get a quad or car of course, Thanks again to anna marie and vasillis who made our stay even better !

Perfect place for a careless vacation

Very friendly staff. Helped us with everything. Also arranged us late checkout at no costs. Everyday cleaning of room. Beautiful panoramic view from veranda. 5 min walking distance to the beach and 7-8 min - to bus stop. Good wi-fi connection. Rooms are located by the sides of the kitchen and separated each from other, so you can wake up and do something without the need to waking up your children You have two ACs in apartments and they are in right places - you can have comfort climate and you don't worry to catch a cold

No major issues to mention. Bathroom facilities were a bit old. Also you have to climb a hill but it's the price of panoramic view and a good workout :-)

Little paradise

Everything was perfect. The amazing views, the gorgeous gardens, the sparking cleanliness of the rooms and the shared places, the extremely nice hosts Vasilis and Anna Maria. You feel like you are at home. We will definitely come back to this place and recommend it to each friend who visits Skiathos.

Perfect place to stay for an awesome vacation!

We were very happy that we choose Villa Anna Maria! Mrs Maria and her husband are very kind and always ready to help or give you advice. They made us feel welcomed! Out apartment was big enough, with a big terrace and always very clean.

Great location and views. Very clean and spacious with everything you will need. Owners are lovely and will help with anything you need. The hospitality here is the best! Great accommodation and location as the beach is beautiful. Would love to visit again !

Nice place at all...

Location is pretty good. Equal distances to good beach and main city. Hosts Vasilis and Anna Maria are helpfull and hospitable. Road to the villa is very steep. Some of the rooms may have sea view. Lower floors dont. There are few good restaurants and mini market you can walk to..... They keep very clean and strictly use COVID instructions....

After we decided to stay three more days (without using booking.com), pay cash, and stay 24h hours without ANY water in the room(no toilet, no shower), because they have problem..... we received nothing like a compliment or discount ! That will cost them better rating... Finally even asked us to leave on time , because have to clean... Thats not serious...
