Great location. Rooms are nice . Bath. Nice people, the garden.very authentic.jungle vibes.

The maintenance of the rooms and property is bad, no cleaning so the place and rooms are not so clean. Breakfast is local food and no variety all..

the garden is so beautiful and peaceful, the location is great just across from the beach in the heart of town, and the rooms are nicely designed and comfortable. the staff and all very nice, helpful and friendly.

internet was a bit slow in the room but we could get it fine in the lounge.

The location is definitely AMAZING. It's directly across where the beach starts, all nice restaurants and bars are around and it takes 5 min walk to jump with a board to the water. Also if the waves are not great, it cost us around 4000 rupees to get to the Peanut Farm. The place was obviously being cleaned multiple times a day, the whole complex is stylish (although very wet and dark since it's a jungle) and if you have higher budget for booking the more expensive villas, maybe the experience will be different for you. They let us keep our luggages there on the last day till like 3 before we moved to another location.

We booked the cheapest accommodation type - the little huts with private bathroom. The bathroom is amazing, partially open, modern and clean. But the room was unfortunatelly very bad. Please change the bedsheets!!! for WHITE ones! Washed-off brown I would expect in a hostel dorm room and it is really the last color i wanna lay in in an accommodation. I really had a problem to lay in there. There were old stains on it and same on the walls and the front roof was so low, that it kept it dark and dump also during the day. The mosquito net was not in the middle but on the wall so it didn't properly reach the far end of the bed, so we havent used it and had a fen on the whole time. Although the staff tried to be nice, they didn't really know what they are doing. The "restaurant/breakfast place" was very fancy and extremely expensive. We had the "genius" breakfast which they didnt know about and the second day when they realized we dont pay for it, they offered us just a very plain eggs and a black coffee. Definitely better than nothing, but had much better food for lower price that was included in the price while on sri lanka. The wifi was only in the entrance area, in the huts was a zero signal. And we also asked about laundry which was in the hotels offer too but we've been told they don't do it.

This is a very beautiful place, perfect to relax. Saman is a very nice guy and if you stay here be sure to sample his mothers home cooking which is to die for!

Daily towel change and replacement of water was not done. No daily service of room either. There was no hot water on the last day either.

One of the best place in Sri Lanka i’ve been! If you want to escape the tourists and the hectic main road this is the place to be. I came in and already felt in another world. Just a lovely place full of creativity, good energy and nature. After 2 weeks i still discovered new animals and plants. The garden is just WOW. And of course i don’t forget the stuff. Everybody so helpfully and friendly all the time.
