Massive room, good location, got to check in early which was perfect. They put our bags in locker room day of check out so we could still walk around the city

Brown decor in the rooms. It was a little too dark.

The room was excellent and the hotel in general was very clean and comfortable. The bar was perfect for a drink after our meal in town. The location is also perfect as it is just far enough away from the busy centre but also close enough for all the bars, shops and restaurants we needed.

Our TV kept turning on randomly in the middle of the night and lighting up the entire room which woke us in the early hours a few times. This led to broken sleep (until I unplugged the TV) which wasn't ideal however I'm sure this was a very random occurrence.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Fab location and staff. Food in the restaurant was lovely and not expensive. Nice big rooms.

Great location, walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. Friendliest staff who always said hi when we walked in / out of the building. Tasty breakfast.

The staff were superb. Each and every member made every effort to make our stay a special one and were so lovely to my son who wasn't feeling well at the time. Nothing was a problem for them. Thank you!

First of all my favourite thing was the shampoo , conditioner and yeh body shower … If richness have a smell probably would be that! Bingo! Being honest… One of the the best hotels I’ve been. Starting from the front house, the checkin and checkout was smooth…. a lovely young woman (forgot your name) and a young man very nice and friendly, they hotel clearly choose the right ones. the rooms … OMG - Beautiful, comfortable! and the bed the most comfortable bed! another woman who made May Day was a lady housekeeping taht was working is that afternoon, I hate don’t remember the name, she was so happy that we get on well and I asked for a hot chocolate while she put back a kettle who was missing there m, the service was fast and everything perfect! Thank you so much guys!

The location was great and the room generally clean.

The air con was broken and the room kept getting warmer throughout the night. We subsequently had to open the window to get a bit of air in and were frequently woken by loud groups outside throughout the night. I did not get the rest required for work the next day. The pillows (not the cases) smelt stale.

Didn't have pankecas at breakfast. Location very good.

When you walk out of the building onto the street, there is a massive contrast against the buildings opposite, which look a bit like a run down council estate. Not a big deal though. Just being a picky snob, as there isn’t much bad I can say about the hotel or Dublin. Actually, the worst thing is the price of food and drink in the hotel. you can go outside a few minutes walk and find better food and drink for cheaper

The reception area is open and welcoming. The staff where friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean! Thank you to the hotel staff members who made it so beautiful ❤️❤️
