住宿地點雖在港邊但基隆交通複雜，電梯過慢與過少，19樓餐廳服務人員似乎不太想讓房客前往用餐，菜單上竟然沒有漁夫鍋，年肉麵，服務人員也不主動介紹，放置水杯也稍微大力。房間隔音差

Super comfy beds and the harbor view is awesome. Also love the games room and heated pool. Perfect place to chill and relax and enjoy the good food in Keelung. The staff is super attentive and friendly!

Great value for money, nice views of the Keelung harbour, and easy access to shops.

It faces the harbour and the Keelung sign on the mountain. Nice views!

The room windows were smudged and dirt-streaked. They could have cleaned them more regularly.

Beautiful view from our room. Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Famous night market around the corner from the hotel. Overall, a lovely overnight stay!

Breakfast, swimming facility, games room, location.

To use the sauna and hot tub you must be nude. This made my partner and I uncomfortable and frustrated as we paid for the facility yet felt like we couldn’t use it since we weren’t comfortable using it with no clothing.
