직원 분들이 너무도 친절했습니다. 여행 첫날 아직 이곳의 모든 것이 낯선 저희 가족이 편리하게 여행할 수 있도록 모든 도움을 아낌 없이 주셨습니다. 투어 때문에 조식시간보다 먼저 출발해야 할 때도 도시락까지 챙겨 주셨어요. 주변 여행지에 대한 실질적인 정보도 잘 챙겨주셨습니다. 무엇보다 저희 전체 일정을 파악해 두셨다가 그때그때 필요한 도움을 세심하게 주셨어요. 숙소도 무척 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 조식도 훌륭하고요. 더할 나위 없이 좋은 숙소였어요.

Excellent value for money

The hotel was in an excellent location, near shopping and food. Delightful breakfast and amazingly friendly staff An Dy and Vy made the stay extra warm and nice! Exceptional value.

Okay, aber wir würden nicht nochmal buchen

- zentrale Lage. Man erreicht eigentlich alles fußläufig - sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - das Frühstück war klein, aber ausreichend

- es ist wirklich sehr laut, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und normale Ohrstöpsel haben nicht gereicht. Mit Noice-Cancelling Kopfhörern konnten wir schlafen - das Zimmer war definitiv in die Jahre gekommen inklusive übermalter Schimmelflecken an der Wand - Aufzug erst ab dem ersten Stock und sehr schmale Treppen

Relaxing.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Big, clean shower and nice bathroom. The breakfast pancakes and omelettes were very tasty.

Great price, good location, firney staff

Right at the edge inside the old quarter, the receptionist was super tentative and friendly. Great value for money

be aware the standard room does not have widow, those the reception offered paid for upgrade. That being said L, even without window it was good value for money so nothing to complain about, just be mindful when you make the booking

Great value for money hotel in the heart of the old town!

- Exceptional value for money! - Room was nice, very comfy bed! - Nice and powerful shower, needed after a busy day exploring Hanoi - Perfect location for sightseeing in the old town. - Beer street very close but can't hear it! - The friendly staff arranged our transport to Ninh Binh with a great company and are very knowledgeable. - Balcony was good for watching the Hanoi chaos but could do with some chairs. - Housekeeping staff were exceptional, fresh towels and free bottled water every day.

- Breakfast was very basic, we only ate here one day as plenty of breakfast spots nearby. - It's Hanoi, it's going to be noisy at almost all times. - The hotel is very narrow, one room per floor. the lift is only from the 2nd floor so you must be able to navigate a steep narrow stair case with low headroom to reach the lift. Just to bear in mind if you have mobility issues. - The hotel is in need of a bit of minor maintenance, lights, painting etc. Hopefully can be easily resolved. - Motorbikes were parked outside the hotel at all times, at times it was very challenging to even get to the hotel door! I hope the hotel can have the authority to ensure there is easy access for guests.

Fantastic

Cannot thank the staff enough for arranging transfers for us, felt very safe in their hands. Great location close to the night markets, quirky side streets and coffee shops. Also the breakfast pancakes were unbelievable. Great value for money by Hanoi standards!

perfect for a short stay in Hanoi

nice room with nice fully equipped bathroom. The staff was very helpful at all times. They also offered free take away breakfast when we checked out early, even though we didn’t book breakfast. bus tickets could be purchased at the hotel for the same price as from the operator.

Good place to choose based on experience with host.

Room is nice, but the staff attitude was really excellent. Got very reasonable help with airport taxi (cheaper than Grab) and laundry. Happy to go back again if I visit Hanoi again.

TV is probably having some hardware issues (not really a big issue as you need Vietnamese to understand it anyway)

Location was great

The family room felt pretty squishy - with a single bed slotted in right next to the queen, and an awkward layout. The balcony didn’t have chairs, and then had builders coming through our room to build a roof on it making a lot of noise all day - which they then didn’t clean up the mess on the balcony. And it ruined any view! We ended up leaving a night early.

Nicely located close to the beer street, great staff and very well isolated room. Couldn't hear anything from outside which is a rare thing in Hanoi.

Only mild annoyance was hot water taking ages to come in the shower

The hotel owners are amazing! They welcomed us with warmth and love and took care of everything and much, much more. It was pleasant to talk to them and consult with them. We became very attached to them. Beyond that, the hotel has a modern and stunning design, the best location there is. The best experience you will find!

great location and cleanliness can be improved

the location is spot on and right within old quarter. we can easily walk to the walking street on weekend night and lots of eateries nearby

cleanliness - the were cockroaches in the room. i booked a double bed room but it was two single bed combined together.

Not a spot to bring you bike unless you come before streets closed. Gets busy but to be expected if you know the area.

location is good. But noise even at mid night

the cleanness. spider web on the wall, alots small fly bug in the room. bathroom’s shower head got strong smell. and the terrible things is, Someone open our room at mid night around 4-5am. Been stayed many countries’s hotel before, never happen to me. this is first time. TERIBBLE !

Very bad experience. If I could I would give no stars. Very disappointing to find out that everything is different from the photos on booking and others websites.. literally a fraud. The room has some broken things in it, it's not clean (outside the room also), the stuff didn't know English and couldn't help us. They told us they just opened after the pandemic but this is not an excuse. Value for money - 0.

Centrally located cute boutique

Neat and tidy rooms. Slept well. Cute ceramics in the room. The hotel is centrally located, close to the walking street and lots of cafes and eateries. Free wifi. Good air conditioning. Friendly staff who helped with booking bus tickets online.
