Nie wieder!

- Zentrale Lage

- Unfreundliches Personal - Mehr Geld bezahlt, als was ich hier gebucht habe - Zimmer ist mittelmäßig - Frühstück war ok, ja 4 Tage lang, jeden Tag das selbe, auch so lieblos gemacht - für ein Tag ok, aber mehrere Tage würde ich für dieses Preis nicht buchen - komisches Geruch im Zimmer musste zwei mal nachfragen um zu wechseln - ich brauchte kein Englisch , aber habe mehrmals gesehen, wie das Personal überhaupt kein Englisch konnte - schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten - schlechtes Service

It is just OK

I really loved the location. It was truly central, right in the middle of shops, restaurants, and malls. I liked that the rooms were newly renovated with fresh modern designs, light colors, and big windows that opened to freshen up the air in the room.

There were several issues I had with the hotel. It ranks as a four-star hotel but I do not think it is. 1. This hotel is in a pretty touristy district so I would assume some level of English level proficiency. Almost no one of the staff spoke English, so I had to google translate whenever I had to communicate with them. I felt really lost and unsafe because of that. 2. Breakfast was a true trash!!! Every single day was the same food. Also, they said it was from 7 till 11, but they started at 8 and wrapped up at 10, leaving us almost hungry twice. The products felt old. The staff was ignorant when I tried speaking to them or asking a question. They were borderline annoyed with us and felt like it was because I was speaking English to them. They did not have coffee and explained it was finished but they never filled it up. During the actual breakfast hours, they did not fill up empty food plates. 3. The smell in the room was bad. We thought it was a toilet smell, but we figured our it was coming from the AC. Whether it was on or off, the smell was still there, just worse if we would turn it on. So we had to sleep with open windows and be woken up every sunrise with the preyer sounds. We were sleepless all the time.

I don’t think I will stay there again

location is good, basically it’s in a city center

staff wasn’t responsive. I asked for a vase for my flowers two times. it was never bought to me. I felt as staff don’t care about their clients.

Great location

No deep cleaning, i tried to move the sofa to fir my luggage in and i was shocked of the trash under it, very discusting, fridge does not work, breakfast ia poor, towels are very old, pillows not comfortable and bed sheets arr very old too, toilet started to look old too, the lady with yellow long hair in the morning shift is very moody and doea not want to talk or even smile, ahe even hanga the phone in your face if you request something from her, sooo rude!!!

The location

The blonde lady on the reception is very rude, all other guys are polite and welcoming except her, the hotel needs an overall maintinance and needs over all towels, pillows and bed covers change as they became very very old and used, i visited the hotel before, it was ok, but after the last time i will not visit again as bed and towels are discusting

The hotel location

Although this ia my third time but will be the last time, bed and pillows has dust and haie on them, towels are very very very old and discusting, we asked to replace them and they get the same old ones, the tea cups in the room had tea stains from the old customers, we requested tea at 11pm from room service because we dont want to use those cups they informed us that the restaurant is closed

bad experience

the rooms are good and looks good

the staff is so bad, no one in the hotel speaks English, also the cleaning staff finish working at 1:00 pm so if you was in your room in the morning no one will clean your room, also they say we accept Euro, but when I arrived they charged me more money, as my room price was (168 Euros) they said because we have to exchange the money, and because of exchange rate in turkey you have to pay (190 euros), I paid 190 but on booking.com the price was in euro and I don't know why I have to pay more, but I have no other option and I had to pay.

The staff is helpful, the furniture is renovated, and the hotel is clean the location near to main road.

The corridors are dark, breakfast is limited, the reception is small, the internet does not work constantly, the electricity goes out several times for seconds, and the door key is disconnected every day

Good location: 20 minutes walk to most of the famous attractions, 10 minutes to the big shopping center, metro stations and bus stops (also to those ones, which go directly to the airport). Restaurant with a nice panoramic view. Quite good breakfast.

Almost none of staff speaks English. Especially it's strange for me, that one of receptionists doesn't. Sometimes during the lunch time there was just no one in the restaurant (neither cooks, nor waiters).

The staff were very helpful. I forgot an item after checkout and when I returned they had it ready for pick up for me. The restaurant on 9th floor has great view.

Nice hotel

The room size is good, also i like the bathroom design, was warm enough inside and the bed is extra large. The girl at reception was kind enough and she spoke English, also stuff helped with the luggage

The breakfast wasn't so impressive like i was expecting, i also got some questions in my mind about the omlette quality, i think would be a better idea if would be cooked directly for who wants it rather than just sit on warming and getting a slight blue colour. Also the sauna do not respect the open and closing time, but is well mentained at least.

Amazing staff, good location, comfort.

The location was great, easy access to everything, and safe. The staff was super helpful, they helped us arrange everything from help around the city to transport to another city. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. The cleaning ladies did an amazing job every day and were not stingy on the toiletries. Breakfast was solid, but if you stay a few nights it can get boring. What was really nice was that the hotel refunded us a few nights when we decided to cut our trip short in Ankara. I really appreciated the customer service.

The room is on a relatively busy street and the windows do not block out all of the noise. During the day this is not an issue but at night when the garbage trucks drive by this can be annoying. Also, the radiator kept making a whistling sound whenever it got too hot (I think) which was a nuisance, especially when it wakes you up at night.
