Haven’t been at a Holiday Inn for years. Was very pleased with the interior. Not sure how old hotel is, but it looked very new and clean. Had in room refrigerator, free water bottles and descent breakfast included.

Passable

Location was good and the decor was pleasant. Dining area was very nice with the windows and we really appreciated the amount of light in the room

The room had a funky smell whenever we entered the room. It seemed to get better when we ran the air conditioning unit. We were especially not having when the maid pounded on the door at 8:10 on Saturday morning for an extended time to ask if we wanted service that day.

It was in a quiet area. Waking up to breakfast was great.

The pool was small and the water was cloudy. They should have had chemicals in there to keep it clean and clear.

A very pleasant experience!

Breakfast was good even though pancake machine was out of order. The room was well cleaned. Really enjoyed my stay.

The pool needed more towels. The back door was not working so the walk to my room, elevator and car was longer then it could have been.

A very good stay but the breakfast was disappointing considering the price we paid.

Excellent spacious well equipped rooms with great shower.

Breakfast choice was very restricted and repetitive, a real let down.

Exceptional, the shower was wonderful, would highly recommend staying here!!

The hotel was very clean, fresh and updated, the room itself was very nice, beautiful yet very convenient lighting, the air quality and temperature was excellent, bed was comfortable as well

Breakfast was just ok, little disappointing, comparing it to the exceptionalism of the other amenities of this hotel. I don’t think it was the fault of the person preparing the food because the food that was there was good, I just think the hotel could step up their game a bit on the breakfast

Holiday Inn Express never lets me down

Everything! I first booked at Crossroads Motel to save money and that was my biggest mistake ever!! The water in the shower and sink of bathroom ran black. Then when they came to try and fix it, it smelled like sewer. they offered another room but the same water system is hooked to that room as well. I rebooked at Holiday inn through bookings.com and I will never again try to save money. I did ask the Crossroads Motel for a refund and they refused to give me one saying that I had to go through bookings.com when my reservation was cancelled due to invalid card. Crossroads management contributes to tell me that I have to contact bookings.com

Do NOT reserve or stay at Crossroads Motel In Elkhorn, WI!!! I was only trying to save money because I just relocated and took on a family property. I just went back to work because of that. plus because of the location and it being Elkhorn , close to Lake Geneva, I thought that the motel would have been more decent than most.

Great place, would definitely pick here again.

Check in went smoothly, staff was friendly and the place was clean and inviting. The room was great. Comfy bed with soft, buttery sheets! Very nice bathroom. And it was all clean and in working order. We received a text shortly after settling in asking if all was fin which I thought was very attentive. Nice staff all the way around. It was worth the few dollars more!

Our room was out of coffee cups so we grabbed coffee downstairs in the morning and the eggs we cold on the breakfast spread. Other than that. No complaints really.

The breakfast was pretty much empty at 9 am and its supposed to go thru to 10 am. also we had room service come wake us up at 8am because we were checked out for some reason already

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The location was close to Williams Bay.

The door to the room didn't want to open easily, every time we put the key to the lock the green light would come on but it wouldn't open. My husband had to give it a hard push as he put the key to the lock. Not much choice in breakfast for those who have to watch what they eat. There was eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and mini muffins. No fruit, only juice. Apples, oranges or banana don't require any prep work, would be easy to put out.
