Great location, clean, front desk staff were so nice and helpful.
Nothing to dislike. I read other reviews before I left and brought earplugs. I would play it safe and bring earplugs as it was noisy outside on some of the nights and mornings but the earplugs worked just fine for us

Das Frühstück war etwas ungewöhnlich, aber nicht verkehrt. Die Lage ist super, einige Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, viele schöne Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal.

It was the only thing available that wasn't a shared bunk bed of 10 people for the time that My Chemical Romance was playing. Comfy bed and sheets, Rituals brand toiletries, mini fridge, etc. Breakfast had to be paid separately but was very good. Modern lightning pads and marble countertops. All good and neat.
Not enough toilet paper (they didn't add more on our second day). I had an overcharge of 100 euros that no one was able to tell me where it came from (certainly not from breakfast cuz that was 15 euros per person = 30 in total, but not 100?). Booking customer service was not able to help me on that one, I am still waiting for the 100 euros to be reimbursed on my bank account....

The Hard Rock is in a very central location, just away from the hustle & bustle. Great location and the Hotel itself is spotlessly clean. Rooms very smart and well kitted out. Not a fan of the Sink being in the main living space though.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione , la colazione molto ricca con uova e piatti preparati al momento e l'arredamento psichedelico.
In particolare sono stata soddisfatta dei servizi offerti da Stefano delle colazioni la mattina, molto gentile e professionale e Juan della reception che ci ha risolto brillantemente un importante problema logistico.
Non è un hotel da quasi 300 euro a notte.
Non c'era Vanity set perchè non usano i cotton fioc... direi che è imbarazzante per un hotel di questo tipo!
Avevamo chiesto una camera silenziosa e ci hanno dato la camera appena sopra dove fanno i concerti rock dal vivo... la connessione WI FI non funzionava.
Siamo stati spostati in un altra camera molto silenziosa ma con bagno scomodo e piccolissimo. Accappatoi orribili.
La TV trasmetteva solo canali inglesi e francesi ed AL Jazeera.
I letti non erano comodi, troppo morbidi.
Abbiamo avvisato del nostro anniversario e ci hanno fatto trovare una tavoletta di cioccolato e dei piccoli cioccolatini assortiti: una bottiglia sarebbe stata molto più gradita.

Fantastic location, room was ready early. Nice touch of chocolates delivered to our room when I informed reception prior to our arrival that it was going to be my partner’s birthday.

Its location was ideal, scrupulously clean and all the staff couldn’t do more to help, particularly the reception staff.
Nothing, if I was being ultra critical m, a few hooks in the bedroom, bathroom to hang robes on would help.

Unfortunately I got COVID 2 days after arriving home from my trip to Dublin, was the room desinfected before I entered? The toilet flusher wasn't working very well, I always prefer rooms with a bathtub.

En el Hotel Hard Rock de Dublín nos han robado ayer 6-2-2024 entrando al hotel en la puerta rotativa de entrada al hotel la cartera con las tarjetas de crédito y dinero en efectivo , hemos hablado con los gerentes nos han mostrado claramente los vídeos en donde se ve que una mujer cuando entramos empuja a mi mujer y mete la mano en la mochila que tenía en la espalda robándole la cartera !!
Hemos solicitado alguna solución por lo sucedido y lo peor de todo es que el jefe de seguridad dice que eso no es responsabilidad del hotel . . . dicen que lo sienten mucho pero nos han dejado totalmente tirados y sin ninguna solución !!!
La seguridad en este hotel está fatal no es nada recomendable esta zona de TEMPLE BAR ya que hay muchos ladrones , delincuencia y no se puede salir , a nosotros nos han robado a plena luz del día a las 15:20 de la tarde.
Esperábamos alguna solución pero nos han dejado tirados .
Los gerentes pasan de ti y el jefe de seguridad más y además es muy mal educado no les importas nada ..
Además este hotel está lleno de inmigrantes que se alojan en el mismo.
Pregunto yo no eran los HARD ROCK hoteles de primera y seguros pues este hotel es el peor hotel Hard Rock en el que hemos estado .
No recomendamos bajo ningún concepto este hotel .
Y mucho menos con la respuesta tan incompresible que te dan cuando NOS HAN ROBADO DENTRO DE SU HOTEL Y ESTÁ GRABADO.
Lógicamente hemos puesto la denuncia correspondiente en la policía y esperamos que detengan a las 3 ladronas que nos robaron.

I booked this for a Xmas present for my partner! Staff were brilliant! We had an issue with the TV in our room and it was resolved within 10 minutes! Member of staff were at our room within minutes of requesting assistance! Room was immaculate and bed was very comfortable

The all round experience at the hotel was excellent.

We both ordered full irish breakfast. Whatever the potato thingy on our plate was -that probably was meant to be hash browns - was absolutely horrible! The fried egg was hard, the head waiter didn’t ask how we wanted it. Buffet was poor. Coffee was terrible.
The Mojito in the hotel bar was overflowing with crushed ice which made ig almost impossible to drink with a paper straw which got soft in the drink. I asked the bartender to remove half of the ice which she did. But I have had much better Mojitos for less money elsewhere.

Couldn't ask for a better location right in the thick of all that Temple Bar has to offer. Could not fault any part of our stay. Staff were great, rooms well appointed and quiet to be able to recuperate after a crazy Dublin day/night.

Great location, easy to walk to restaurants and the Guiness Factory. Great choice at breakfast. The room was a good size, very clean with great facilities. Had a lovely view of the city from our window. There was great entertainment in the evening. The staff were all extremely lovely and welcoming.
The bathroom was tiny, it didn't match the size of the room, would have preferred it to be bigger. Didn't like the coffee at breakfast, far too bitter.

The breakfast was quiet good, but for typical German it´s a big difference. The stuff was great and almost helpfull and very friendly. Everything was like expected
We got some trouble with the payment at checking and check out, but it was solved very fast
