Final de temporada a buen precio

El tamaño de la habitación

El domingo no nos pudimos quedar en la piscina por que cerraban el hotel. El buffet ha bajado un poco respecto a otros años.

Das Hotel ist soweit okay, 4 Sterne verdient es allerdings nicht

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon, ohne Aussicht: eine Mauer verstellte die Aussicht und die restliche Aussicht war von einem dichten Pflanzenbewuchs verstellt, enttäuschend, und das Essen war so mittel bis wirklich schlecht

Schöner, entspannter Urlaub

Frühstück gut, Strand perfekt, Reinigung und Service prima. Busanbindung super.

Abendbuffet lauwarm, Bedienung aufgrund der Fülle überfordert, teilweise konfus bei der Weinflaschen und Platzsortierung. Animation tagsüber gut, Abendangebote etwas flach.

Отдых на острове с красивыми пляжами!

Нам понравился наш отдых с видом море и уютной, всегда чистой комнатой! На завтрак и обед был большой выбор еды. Для детей работал аниматор и вечером после ужина была отличная детская дискотека. Спа, мини гольф и большой теннис были бесплатными. Персонал в отеле дружелюбный. Возле отеля можно прогуляться в разные стороны у моря или взять машину на прокат и посетить известные пляжи острова. Мы планируем сюда снова вернуться!

Decepcionante

La ubicación es lo mejor de este hotel. El buffet del desayuno y la cena, aunque no es muy variado y casi siempre es lo mismo, es de buena calidad y con productos frescos. Las zonas verdes del hotel están muy bien cuidadas y tiene un parque infantil, minigolf, spa, varias piscinas y acceso directo a la playa.

Como cliente de la cadena Riu desde hace tiempo, creo que no está a la altura del estándar de calidad que estos hoteles tienen normalmente. No todo el personal es amable, hay algunos trabajadores que deberían mejorar sus modales de cara al público y ser mas tolerantes. Las habitaciones necesitan una renovación, están algo descuidadas y hay detalles que no son de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Si se te hace tarde a la hora de la comida, mas tarde de las 15:30h no tienes donde comer absolutamente nada en el hotel, las cocinas están cerradas y en el bar de la piscina solo tienen cócteles, por lo que si te vas de excursión por la mañana o pasas la mañana en la playa y luego vuelves al hotel a querer comer algo, no vas a encontrar nada hasta las 19:30h que abre el buffet para cenar y cerca del hotel no hay nada, por lo que tendrás que coger el coche.

Locatie aan zee, buiten zwembaden, het eten, vriendelijkheid personeel, de ontspannen sfeer en niet te vergeten het animatie team

De verplichte route van extra trappen naar de eetzaal, het Turks stoombad en de jacuzzi die vrijwel altijd kapot lijken te zijn

Tutto in una sola struttura. All in !! Suggerita

Senz'altro la struttura è enorme e comprende al suo interno tantissime cose per le quali occorre una settimana per vederle / provarle tutte. Lo staff molto disponibili. Buona la colazione e ottima la cena. Opzione servizio piscina, fermata del bus e noleggio scooter o bici.

Senz'altro è nel mezzo di un rientro quindi sei circa a metà Isola ma anche non prossimo ad alcun paese.

Fantàstica

La ubicació del hotel és excelent, just a peu de la platja des Copinar (aigua blava i transparent- Fantàstic). Servei de transport (bus públic, taxi, cotxes,motos i bicis de lloguer) just davant l´hotel. Es posible fer caminada (zona migjorn )desde l´hotel fins a Es Ca Marí per la platja 6km i tornar amb el Bus. L´hotel está molt net i son molt amables. Al Buffet no hi falta de res (hi ha un tipus de paella cada día), esmorzar calent i fred, també tenen sucs de barrejes de fruita i verdures tant al esmorzar com al sopar.

Comida en general estupenda. Personal amabilísimo. Ubicación ideal. Animación muy bien

Demasiadas escaleras. Podrían poner algun tipo de tren cremallera ( en la costa brava, hay uno en cala Giverola, Tossa de Mar) No hay amenities en el baño

Fabulous return trip to a wonderful relaxing location

Large and spacious. Lots of facilities. Lovely à la carte sunset restaurant at the beach. Really wide and varied choice of breakfast and dinner food.

Nevertheless the stressful situation at the pool the stay was good and relaxing.

Food was generally good.

The hotel needs to adopt measures for guests not booking sunbeds at the swimming pool in the mornings. This is a very annoying situation; when we arrive to the pool and there are no free sunbeds because stupid people put there towels and go to have breakfast. Then we claim near the pool boy watcher and he says he has orders from the management to let the towels occupying the sunbeds for two hours and only then he is allowed to remove the towels and make the sunbeds free, which is contrary to the rules expressed on the sign label fixed on the wall of the swimming pool space.

Disappointing

The food was of good quality with diverse options. The adjacent beach was quite nice and clean. The pools where nice. We found interesting they had activities available every day.

Firstly, they gave us a room that smelled of mold and fungus - the smell came from the air conditioner. We had to bring someone to the room so they would smell it, but they could only give us another room the next day. The same room came with 4 towels, three of which had stains in it - as we asked someone in the reception to please give us new and clean towels, they answered rudely and said they only changed the towels once per day, even as we explained the problem. We then recieved new towels 4 hours after we had asked for new ones, since we came back to our room and found no new ones. In the new 4 towels we recieved, again only one was acceptable, since all others had stains and marks on them. All beach towels we received had stains, and they were also rude when we asked for clean ones as they also have that same one-towel-a-day policy. For every 3 beach towels came one with less stains, that i begrudgingly had to accept.

Overall an unpleasant experience.

Only good thing about this hotel is the beachfront location.

Everything it needs to be completely rebuilt, its old, from the inside its quite ugly. In all Honesty it is a real pity this hotel owned/operated by RIU, it could be turned into an amazing hotel.

It was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend to others.

The location is awesome with access to a beautiful beach and great facilities. The room was very comfortable and clean. The food was tasty with a big variety that changed every day. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We had an ocean view room that was located fairly close to the beach.

It is not really walking distance from any other tourist attractions- you really need to rent a car if you want to leave the resort. However taxi’s are readily available as an alternative option and the car rental place is located on-site at the hotel. The main restaurant is a bit of a walk (with quite a few stairs) away from the ocean view rooms. It wasn’t bad - just uncomfortable as it was so hot this week - but not a major issue

Everything was just perfect. This is one of the best stays we had. Very frndly staff, good food amazing location.....everything was amazing.
