Not great

Location was convenient to the port.

Advertised as breakfast included, it was not. There wasn't any toilet paper on arrival, 3 pillows for 4 people, 3 towels for 4 people, body wash was empty, and no hand soap.

Large clean rooms. Breakfast is not worth the extra.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. They were clean.

The breakfast was very limited and not good enough to pay extra for. We were also told there were things to see and do within walking distance and there wasn't and didn't seem safe enough to venture too far.

Comfortable stay near the Cruise Port

Good location to the cruise terminal, nice large room with comfortable bed. Restaurants and grocery store very close.

The breakfast was not what we thought, could not eat anything on the limited menu, all carbs and sugar… wasted our money Cold-luke warm shower water in the morning. Hotel should provide free shuttle to the cruise port since the hotel is relatively close.

Great location for cruisers!

The location to the cruise terminal was great! It was nice to have a grocery store next door as well!

Our room had not been vacuumed and there was trash under the bathroom counter and the dresser.

Great Option for Cruisers out of Port of Baltimore

We stayed overnight before a cruise and it was perfect. Really nice area, very nice accommodations and super easy to get to cruise port!

Easily located off I95 Southbound! Fantastic night clerk very helpful in indicating where to park our 10’ UHaul. Clean & very comfortable bed. Dunkin & grocery store located steps away.

I wouldn’t say didn’t like, but disappointed, about no balconies. I love a balcony room when I stay at a hotel. That was my only disappointment.

5 days 4 nights. No room service for trash, had to do ourselves, had to find towels. Very unresponsive. Great location but will not stay here again. Too expensive for ZERO service.

The front desk personnel was very professional. I would stay again.

Disappointed the restaurant was closed on the weekend.

The maid kept knocking on the door every morning. I had the do not disturb sign on the doorknob. It was quite disturbing!! I had to file a complaint with the front desk. I really could not rest and would like a complimentary 2 nights. It was quite annoying. Thank you.

Clean, safe, comfortable and convenient to the cruise terminal

staff very friendly, great location next to several walkable local restaurants, and a brewery. Even a nice Harris Teeter grocery store next door. Locust Point is. Really cute and safe area of condos, restaurants and the hotel tucked back in there. 3 mins from cruise terminal (secured a ride form “Mr George” that the staff recommended…he was on time, professional and comfortable clean van). great hotel!
