The staff was sooo friendly and understanding. There was a manager, I didn't catch her name but she was there Saturday morning/afternoon and she was VERY nice and helpful. I really appreciated her understanding with me having had just had surgery. Her kindness really went a long way for me. THANK YOU!

The location was perfect for me, and the staff were pleasant and extremely helpful.

The airport shuttle pickup didn't work, but the hotel reimbursed me for the cost of the taxi. The return shuttle to the airport worked perfectly.

Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und sauber. Die Fenster sehr gut isoliert. Wir haben kein Flugzeug gehört. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The location was great as it is near the airport. As we were staying in New Years eve I cannot judge the rate of the hotel. For sure all hotels are with extra ordinary price. Unfortunately we were really sick after returning from and 8 day cruise. The room help us recover our health to fly back to Europe. The breakfast is good. I have to create my own waffle. There is a free bus transfer every hour to the airport. This was a big plus. The driver knows which terminal we should be drop off.

The location was convenient for a one night stay before boarding a cruise. I liked that the hotel provided both an airport shuttle and a shuttle to the cruise ship port.

There aren’t many restaurants nearby, and it’s not a location I would feel comfortable walking around in.

We were going on a cruise the next day. We particularly appreciated the free shuttles: from the airport to the motel and the shuttle to the cruise port.

Keine Restaurants in der Nähe, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Wegwerfgeschirr beim Frühstück erzeugt viel Müll.

Das Frühstück, Pappteller und Plastikbesteck,der Kaffee aus dem Becher war auch nicht von Qualität. Zum Shuttlebus gab es keine Info damit auf Taxi angewiesen.

Poor cleaning, floor had covers of food - underwear(not belonging to us) hanging in the shower. Check out was agreed to at noon(12) - however the cleaning staff started at 10 to wake us - no less then 3 times before the agreed checkout.

The location was perfect for me - not far from the airport at all. I also liked the area - nice and quiet. The room was so comfortable that I spent most of my second day lounging and snoozing. I would definitely stay here again!

From start to finish this overnight was chaos. Upon arriving at Miami airport, I was told to call the hotel so that they can send the shuttle bus (with a foreign phone, this would cost me a fortune so I had to borrow a phone from a stranger at the airport and was told to wait 40mins for the bus). What kind of system is this for foreigners arriving from all over the world and using this airport hotel? Same the day after, I came down to get the bus back to the airport and was told it's every hour, yet there is no information on this displayed anywhere or sent via email anywhere. They can order me a taxi was the suggestion the uninterested morning male receptionist told me. The issue is that they share the bus with 3 other hotels so have no control over it. The AC made noise all night in the room so if you're a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. Hair on the shower floor as well. Not an ideal experience when overnighting.

The rooms were sterile, the staff was non existent when we got there, the location was sketchy and the breakfast was marginal .

Like the other Miami airport hotels this place is woefully understaffed. I was immediately put on hold for 16 minutes before I could even say a word when I called for the shuttle as they instructed me to do in their check in email to me. Then when I finally got through all they told me was the shuttle just goes in a loop and there was no need to call.

The lady at the reception was very personable. This initial welcome was one of the many things that made our stay so enjoyable
