La proximité d Universal studio

Énorme deception. Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour son parc aquatique pour enfants. Mais le parc ferme à 18h (inaccessible donc si vous arrivez de la NASA ou si vous rentrez d'Universal... ). Ensuite il ne reste que des piscines standard. Si vous venez pour les parcs, passez votre chemin, vous trouverez moins cher ailleurs avec une piscine standard aussi.. Chambre trop petite pour 2 adultes 2 enfants, lit canapé non fait à l arrivée, à vous de vous débrouiller, avec matelas très fin de mauvaise qualité, oreiller manquant pour un enfant, déposé après appel téléphonique. Propreté des communs et ascenseur vraiment à revoir. Cheveux au sol dans la salle de douche. Le bowling est en fait un mini jeu de quilles, le bar grill sport est excessivement cher, tout comme la supérette.

It is a very unorganized stat.My. Sana bapta did not work.It was broken the stools were stopped up all the time would not flush The furniture is old and outdated and the cable service did not work properly. There were no TV channels. There was no coffee or susir. There was no attention to detail. The staff would not return phone calls very unorganized and very uncaring place. I would not recommend visiting this property

Great staff!! very easily to get checked in! needs better maintenance/cleaning.

How close the property was to most of the main attractions in Orlando! so many things for people to do on the property to where if you didn’t have anything planned you could easily be entertained right outside your room. The view from my room was beautiful!!

The golf carts the staff was using to help transport people and do whatever else they use them for congested a good bit of the parking lots/ paths to get to your room or leave the hotel. The room I was booked into had a couple issues. The room had an ant problem. The tub wasn’t cleaned well at all. faucet for the sink looked like someone spit toothpaste all over it. and the toilet paper holder was broken before arrival. these things were brought to the staff’s attention.

Super Comfortable

Super Comfortable..Big alot of room..Screened in large porch was nice to watch fireworks at night from Epcot in the distance..We were in town for a Cheer Competition and were able to get rest and relax ..

The Sales pitch that they try to sale you a bunch of stuff and time share after you check in they call for a escort which is the Sales people

Espacioso, limpio y cómodo Hotel

La habitación super amplia, limpia y cómoda, hubo un problema con Aire acondicionado pero rápidamente nos cambiaron de habitación, todo el personal fue muy amable

Que no me informaron en recepción que debía pagar un complemento para disfrutar de las diferentes actividades que ofrece el resort como por ejemplo el mini Golf

We enjoyed ourselves and will stay again.

Good location, clean,we had a view of the lake, and the balcony.

The last time we were near the basketball court and someone was up early playing basketball. So I could sleep in due to the noise.

Loved this property and all of the amenities!

We had a screened in porch on the 6th floor overlooking a gorgeous lake. The beds are big and comfy. The staff works really hard and we’re all helpful and kind.

Would not change anything.

I liked all the great activity options and clesnliness

I The housekeeping staff was not professional on my checkout day. Housekeeping was very rude to be knocking on people's doors 3 early morning before checkout profusely knocking on doors

It was good for the price.

Location, price, and activities were good.

Bed was uncomfortable, sleeper sofa was dingy/ripped/dirty, and it just generally felt drab and dingy. Maybe we just got a bad room.

Las habitaciones sucias, el parque de agua se paga aparte cosa que no te dicen, vive gente en el lugar por lo que hay musica, fiestas, gente fumando marihuana.

It was great!

Everything was well kept and clean. The staff were very nice.

The parking was horrible. The shuttle took forever to pick us up to take us to the parking garage. My husband had to walk from 2000 building to the parking garage after waiting for a long period of time in the cold.

Great Place to Disconnect Since Internet is Terrible

I went there to get some work done and the internet service was terrible. Enough where I could barely even use my phone.

A pretty Paradise

Had a wonderful time all the way it rained the whole time still was a wonderful weekend.

My jacuzzi which I want it so bad did not work properly the water would not stay in nor could I use the jacuzzi part.

The room was very nice!

The windows were filthy but had a nice view, which made it worse. They promised to come clean them, but didn't.

Très très bruyant et quelques piscines fermées

Température de la piscine et propreté des lieux.jacuzzi dans la salle de bain.

Construction près de notre chambre toute la journée donc très bruyant. Jacuzzi fermé toute une journée Nous devions payer l’accès au gym alors que lors de la location c’était indiqué comme accessible sans frais indiqués. Divan-lit très inconfortable.

Os travesseiro eram muito alto não tinha opções todos eram iguais isso me causou insônia no primeiro dia. A minha sorte é que eu levei comigo um travesseiro de casa. O ar também não estava gelando muito no quarto master mas como tem tinha ventilador isso não foi um problema

A very clean and family friendly place to stay

So clean and the staff is so nice. I was able to text the staff with any questions and they were on top of answering on time

Our pool was closed but we just walked to another pool nearby so it was no big deal

Great location & great price

The condo was great. Clean and comfortable. Great communication. Fantastic price for a week’s vacation. The property (Westgate) had a great amenities and security

The property (westgate) needs some work. They need to upgrade pool towels and sheets. The towels are small (in between a bath towel and a hand towel) and the sheets are starchy. The mattress was very comfortable but it was hard truly relaxing with the uncomfortable sheets. I also didn’t like that we couldn’t access the water park unless we were property owners

Overall awesome resort fairly priced

I absolutely love the poolside bars and music and heated pools. The room we had was pretty nice as well. Jacuzzi tub awesome! Cleanliness was very good for a rental(I own my own cleaning service) also loved the screened in patio with the walk out door.

I didn't like that you could hear every flush thru the walls from other rooms. Paper thin walls but still quiet after midnight. Parking was not ideal. We drove 10 hours to have to walk with 2 kids and luggage at midnight to our room a good 8 minute walk bc there was no parking available by our building resort is very large!. Not Impressed with the entire cashless facility. This kept us from doing several things we would have loved to do including the water park.

Probably will choose another facility next time we’re in Orlando

Staff was very nice, location central to Orlando activities and airport, easy to find.

Not super clean and could use a refresh…didn’t know it was a Westgate property until we showed up…for some reason booking.com hid that fact, but whatever. Last night of our stay, around 11 pm the fire alarm went off and we had a full evacuation for a “faulty alarm” per staff so that was fun, especially since we had to be at the airport by 3 am.
