I stayed in 5 star hotel for 7 days then i extended 2 days more., 1- very calm, quiet, and comfortable rooms, i can sleep well without noise. 2- new and Modern furniture, also nice decorations. I loved it. 3- daily clean the rooms. 4- the location is the best on the devit street, every thing near to me. Resturants, 2 shaving shops next to the hotel, small supermarket next to the hotel, exchange mony shop front of the hotel direct. 5- very safe, the police station located fornt of the hotel. 6- one nighet i forget to close my room, then i came afetr nobody enter my room, nothing missing from the room. All my things and my mony was safe. 7- the internet fast and good. 8- the TV was excellent, and i can enter my netflex account easly. 9- they have water hose in the bathroom for arab pepole. 10- they provided Prayer rug in my room 11- the owner (Irina) was greate and nice dealing, the team is more greate also reception (Niky) he is greate. 12- I enjoyed the balecona very mutch for smoking with the good view. 13- i was having a midical issue for tooth, and they helped me a lot. 14- also they overed more help and they was ready to arrainge for me a docters and deal with hospitals for me with a goood price and better price. 15- the air condition perfect. And they have heater in each room for wintr.. 16- they have cold and hot water for shower.

The location is excellent, with an incredibly helpful staff. The area is quiet, providing a peaceful environment. It becomes pleasingly dark during the night, an aspect I find positive. Also, there's a comfortable table available, suitable for laptop use.

during my arrival I've found out that the payment should be done in cash. I've missed this information in description but since my check-in was at 2am I was granted an option to pay on next day.

Location and service were excellent Highly recommended

Our room was really quiet. It had a central courtyard view which was not much a of a view. The king size bed is big and the sofa bed is comfy. The bathroom was clean with a hand faucet which was a big plus for us. All toiletries are provided and replenished. The room comes with a kitchenette with just enough utensils to manage breakfast on your own (eventhough a saucepan too would be really helpful). The host is helpful, always available on whatsapp and quick to respond. The hotel is on a main street so you have all shops and restaurants right in front. The apartment doesnot have a lift. This was not a problem for us as the hotel staff helped us with all the luggage. They also helped us to book a taxi when we requested.

As the name suggests its neither an apartment nor a hotel, in between. So we sort of dont get the comfort or service of either. I found the room to be congested for a family of four. No place to dry clothes or towels. The payment terms and conditions are not very clear as they kept stopping us at the reception to check if we had made payment or not. This was very annoying and embarassing. We saw this being done with other guests too. The shower cubicle had water leaking which left the bathroom floor wet after bath. First day even though room cleaning service was requested it was not done. The host apologised and next day it was perfectly clean. For the price we paid I expected the property to be more of a professional hotel stay and more spacious. At the time of checkout it was a "lol" moment when the guy came and literally started counting all the towels, spoons, plates and utensils before we left (when none of this was shown to us at check in). I felt its pricey for what they offer.

great stay the room is specious, modern, and clean. Ms. Irina is amazing she respond fast and made sure that everything is going smoothly the receptionist staff are helpful and friendly the location of the hotel is great with access to everything you may need definitely will repeat the visit next time
