The notepad and pencil. Tissue box. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. The toiletry items are nice. Towel in the kitchen is an xtra help. Complementary tea bags and minerals waters are nice. Thank you!

My room price didn’t include breakfast as I wrongly assumed I would get a breakfast. This hotel should provide a safe box to keep valuables items and money in the room. You will have guests stay longer for that additional accommodation. I didn’t have a chance to check pool and other recreation facilities. However, this hotel doesn’t have a gym? Maybe that is another facility you can add. The kitchen faucet and its sink are short that caused splash to my clothes. Please add a warning, “Turn faucet slowly.” Thank you

the facility and location

we were on the 10th floor with city view but it’s right below the bar. in the evening there’s a live band and you can hear it from our room.

the facilities are well maintained and staff were helpful and friendly

The decor was unique and the wifi works so well. The room was bright and comfy. Love the coffee at their coffee bar. The infinity pool and heat chamber were a nice addition. They provide real hotel sandals

The shower room is so small and the breakfast menu needs more varieties
