It was good

It was very clean and attended by the owners which make a big difference about the service.

20 mins from train station to location was not expected.

Great Stay - 3 nights business stay.

Lovely Room. Very Clean. Lovely Hotel. Great Staff. Lovely food including a fantastic breakfast (amazing selection of food). Plenty of free available parking. Business trip.

Clean and friendly, but very basic.

The Hotel turned all of the Air Conditioning off, and you had to specially request it to be turned back on every day. The breaksfast and dinner was ok, as there was one poor guy doing all of the work. Reception, Cooking, Serving, everything.

The proprietor was very accommodating and cordial. Parking was very convenient.

We could not determine how to operate the air conditioner.

we stayed 1 night when travelling to Tuscany. Was good and cheap for this purpose

The air conditioning and the nice Italian breakfast with great Italian espresso and cappuccino. As it was 40 C outside the airco in the room was more than welcome.

Good

In the reception guy did not speak english. Breakfast was only sweet pastries. Environment was pretty old. There was no glasses or cups in the rooms.The view was not very good. First you see constructions store and only in the distance there is mountains

Pleasant, functional stay.

Didn't like the location. Otherwise everything was as you would expect from a Motel. Nice freshly made coffee in the morning.

Positive stay

The location of the hotel was very close to where I was working for a few days. Staff friendly, accommodation clean and adequate in comfort and space. Would recommend

Unplanned trip

Room side bigger than most hotel rooms we've been, clean and modern structure, private parking and the kindness of the owner

We arrived at 14.15, reception closed and no one answered the cell phone number, we had to wait for about an hour to check in. They did not clean the room neither replaced the bath towels the next morning. Not acceptable for a three star hotel.

Very spacious, clean, perfect place to visit Parma, 15min from old town. Good value for the money

nice hotel good value for money.

Very nice room and bathroom.

Way of closing the room doors is very loud and everything from the hallway you can hear in the room.

Very good

Room was clean with basic furniture, washroom was big and clean. Hotel seems recently renovated. Free parking on site is available.

Easily reachable and good location for travelling through

The host who received us, seemed to be not interested at all, although he did seem like a nice person. We did not feel really welcome due to the reception’s attitude: ‘what are you doing here’ and ‘what do you want from me’. If that does not bother you and you are looking for a place to spend the night on your way through, this is a good place.
