We were very happy during our stay , and full enjoy with our family. And full excited travelng around, shoping and discored the beauty of fukuoka.

Everything is clean and tidy. The room was spacious and perfect for families. The tranquility gives you a relaxing experience. Convenience stores and restaurants are within waling distance.

There is no breakfast and the meal sets are just pots and pans to cook your own food. They aren't terribly accommodating. Neighborhood stinks. Lots of rules around noise made us nervous as a family.

The hotel had own parking lot outside and charge 1000yen/night. it’s very cheap and convenience for self driving travel.

The bed frame is a bit old, it is recommended to replace it.

spacious apartment. no complaints. the location is about a 10-15 mins walk from nearest train station.

Clean and comfortable. The staffs were very polite. They emailed and asked for the arrival time. Check-in only available from 3pm to 7.30pm as there will be no staff after 7.30pm. If need to cook, will need to collect the cooking utensils from the lobby opposite the reception before 7.30pm. Carpark cost 1000yen. Good location. Near Lalaport. Washer is available but not the dryer. However, it's not a problem as can hang the clothes in bathroom with drying function in the room and plenty of hangers were provided. Highly recommend.

- Footfall sound is loud, easily got disturbance from upstairs and complaint from downstairs lol - Trash bag is available at front door only from 1500-1930 - There is smell in bathroom - Could have better wording. They claimed they will ask you to leave if you got complaint again. Notices at front door mentioned they will call police immediately if they found someone takes the trash bag or kitchen tools outside of the opening hour

It was very clean, organised and thoughtful accommodation. They have everything what you need/wanted for long travel. From laundry detergent, hangers, rice cooker, hot water pot 😌.

No late check ins which was fine for us. Located in between local train stations. Wish we figured out we could use Uber App to get taxi to go places- enjoyed figuring out how to take local bus.

Large 2 bedroom with bath, kitchen and balcony. Very livable for a family, there is also a parking facility and its a 1000 yen taxi ride to Hakata station. Laundry machine and heat drying in the bathroom. Great heating in winter. Family mart and delicious ramen shop nearby.

No room service. Trash does pile up if staying longer. Over 2km from main station so always need a taxi to get to and fro.

Apartment is quite new and clean with paid parking of 1000 yen per day. Parking is very convenient, located right next to apartment. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a walk in closet, washing machine and a small laundry room in the apartment. There are plenty of hangers and we were able to do our laundry in the apartment. Cost of accommodation is of great value!

We booked a family room for 6 of us. There were only 2 double beds. Futon for another 2 members of my family. Futon mattress was thin and quite uncomfortable. Due to lack of space in the room, got to lay futon mattress in the living area, near the TV.
