Bad

Nothing Moved out after 2nd night even though I paid for 6 nights.

Room smelled Carpets were extremely dirty. Room was in need of repairs

I checked out a day earlier, my stay was not comfortable and the room was not clean.

N/a.

Checked in at 1640H. Required a cash only $20 deposit, not returned. Room was not ready, even though check out of previous guest was at 1100H. Spectrum staff were going in and out. Walls had speckled areas and were not painted over. Musty odor. My group found two cockroaches in the bathroom.

miserable and I had to wait an hour while the owner was on his phone outside

I did not like this day, and I demanded a refund because there was tagging on the walls broken mirrors fire alarm that was covered with plastic. It smell like they were smoking drugs in there. It was the worst experience ever.

Pleasant

Like the people taking care of the hotel.. Nice and friendly i felt comfortable with them. HELPFUL people.....;-) ;-) ;-)

Didn't like the room i stayed in ;-( ;-( ;-( BUT this doesn't stop me from going back to the same hotel, BUT i;ll change the room ;-) ;-

Never coming back and don't suggest it

Wasn't clean, no trash bags, only provided 1 roll of toilet paper. When we called the front office for clean towels he would say that the cleaning lady handles that but we never saw her.

Do not stay here. All you get is stress during your stay.

The bed itself and the desk

The internet was terrible. I'm a Screenwriter and could not get any work done. On some long nights kept saying no internet, Even during the day time, the internet was terrible. It's a good thing that I had my smart phone. The price of the room compared to the value that I was getting, was bad. No drawers to put clothes in. The management even told me, that I had a good room.

the people taking care of the passport Inn they are caring people.... Appricated.

More cleaning will be perfect. luck the door from inside should be better and safer if you can fix it....
