Amazing room with close proximity to public transportations

The place is amazing, the room looks exactly like on Booking.com. The location is a bit off from the city centre/hangout places but it’s right across the tram station and Zuid station.

The staff weren’t wearing masks and weren’t enforcing it on customers. It’s amazing that the room has a coffee machine but it couldn’t accept the capsules we bought at stores, so we have to ask the reception.

Excellent choice for a comfortable stay in a modern flat

High ceiling modern apartment, very minimal but with everything you need. Floor to ceiling windows, so much light! Most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on.

Nice for a short stay but not a long one

Very spacious, nice kitchen, comfortable bed

The shower doesn’t really close so all the bathroom floor gets wet. Also, the apartment is very spacious but is barely furnished which makes you feel like you’re in an empty space. Not cozy at all..

Lovely few days stay.

Good value for money, friendly staff, spacious rooms, utilities available to use in rooms, nice area - just a short train away from the busy centre.

Nothing that I can think of, location was nice, rooms were nice and clean, can’t complain.

It is a wonderful place with easy access to public transportation. I could take the tram be at the Museum area in 10 min. It is clean and comfortable giving you a feeling that you are at home. Staff was very welcoming, kind, helpful. Thanks very much!

It is a quality apartment with very friendly & helpful staff

Our unit was on the 13th floor & had good quality furnishings and facilities. It offered nice views over the nearby business district. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Our stay was over a weekend & the surrounding area was very quite. The property is located close to all the public transport facilities so getting around Amsterdam was quite easy.

The entertainment/restaurant area basically closed over a weekend so getting a good meal/drink close by was a bit of a challenge. The accomodation price tag of A$450 a night was a bit steep.

Great location but low quality service, especially in terms of housekeeping

Location is great as it is close to the tram, metro, and trains. It was also nice to have 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom suite. Having a small kitchen was also a bonus.

The room I first checked into was not clean. It smelled and the dishwasher was still running and the walls and light switches were dirty. One of the sofa pillows had an obvious stain on it. I had to ask for another room. Over the week that I stayed, it was a struggle to get fresh towels on a regular basis. One night they ran out and never provided towels despite telling me they would bring some up. The housekeeping in general was lacking. They didn't pick up garbage as scheduled and also did not pick up dirty laundry in hallways in a timely fashion. The safe was also broken in the room, and maintenance had to bring a second safe. One remote for the two TVs. One of the toilets did not flush well so over time, the bathroom just smelled weird. Overall, the hotel could do better with housekeeping and maintaining the suites themselves. I also found it odd that I paid at the beginning of the stay and never got a receipt (despite asking for it) until I checked out.

There was not tooth paste and brush . Also slippers and just one washing capsule . Also I didn’t like that there wasn’t including breakfast because I payed so normal for this :)

A lovely apartment. Great premises. Modern, safe, clean, attractive, modern Lovely helpful staff 24 hour reception/secure Tv/bathroom/bed/linen/kitchen and facilities were all excellent

At the weekend the bars in the area are closed. Not a huge hardship as you can jump on a tram at your door and head 5-10 mins towards town (they run every few minutes) You can also walk 5 mins to main train station and jump on a train into centre. All very easy. Just good to know the restaurants and bars right next to apartment are closed sat/sun and you just head to another close by area

No hair dryer, floor not quite clean, chairs around dining table were dirty, difficult to find places to eat around the hotel that were not closed during the weekend

Excellent accommodation located in financial district.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, the kitchen supplies adequate. The most important appliance for me is the washing machine, as we need laundry after 16 days of cruising. The area was quiet and safe. There’s a supermarket with good supplies of fruits and vegetables. The property was located in the financial district and easily accessible by subway, train and tram.

Location was far away from tourist attractions. so when I am tired after a whole morning of sightseeing, I couldn’t pop back into the hotel for a rest. the shower had a very small glass panel, so water spilled out easily. I was in 3 other hotels in this trip and all the hotels had the same problem. I guess that’s European design. We are very tidy people; we ended up wiping the bathroom and drying the towels every night.

Works for a few days but not longer.

Well supplied kitchenette. Refillable coffee in the lobby. Soundproof so no noise from the highway.

The room wasn't great for working in terms of space (don't get me wrong, the apartment is very spacious) but there were communal working space downstairs in the lobby - very cold due to the draft from the front rotating door. The fridge was tiny (and I was on my own) so if you want to mainly cook than eat out, not great.
