We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Loved the atmosphere and location and rooftop bar.

The breakfast was not great.

Friendly staff and comfortable. Not worth the price.

Staff were great. Everyone was very friendly. Wonderful reception and check-in. Bed was comfortable. Restaurants onsite.

Limited parking. Valet parking was $40, or you had to search for an open spot on the street in the nearby local neighborhood. This is Montana, not Los Angeles….you don’t pay $40 for valet parking. Room was descent. Modern and clean. Coffee machine was ok, but back lid was broken. While there was coffee in the room, there was no tea. Shower’s hot water was limited. Room service took 2 hours. Online check-out did not work.

Breakfast and wait staff were good. Location was good. Valet service was prompt and courteous.

Front desk staff were not that courteous. Room was fine, but nothing exceptional for the price. We were there to celebrate graduation and rented 3 rooms. The night of graduation both the Sky Shed and the downstairs bar were closed for private parties The Sky Shed was why we chose this hotel as it was advertised as available to guests. This was very disappointing and no forewarning or reduced rate was offered for the restricted facilities during our stay. I would not book here again.

Nothing exceptional, except the price.

Breakfast service was good. Valet gentlemen were helpful, prompt and courteous.

Front desk staff was not that courteous. Rooms were fine, but nothing special in light of the price. We booked here to be able to celebrate graduation in the Sky Shed and both that bar and the downstairs bar were closed for special events that night. Thus the hotel was not the facility we expected to have at our disposal to take advantage of. This was not advertised beforehand and no reduced rate was offered for having these bars unavailable to guests as advertised.

Hype does not deliver

Highly recommend

Food was absolutely fantastic, and the staff were super friendly. Bed and room were huge, and I loved the toilettries. Overall couldn't be happier!

Fabulous, modern and cozy!

The hotel and property were outstanding and having a rooftop pool was a total bonus! The room was comfortable, clean and modern. They hosted a happy hour in the lobby for all guests serving wine and charcuterie. It was great!

We were highly disappointed that the rooftop bar and restaurant were closed - it was a Monday. The whole reason we booked the hotel was for that reason! I wish staff would have communicated that to us. It's not cheap to stay in this hotel and that would've been nice to not have to go out after traveling back from a long week in Yellowstone.

Gorgeous views

Terrible room. Loud. Shower was spraying everywhere. Heavy traffic. Food wasn’t good. Toilets in main areas were dirty.

Beautiful hotel, amazing views, superb comfort, lovely music & ambiance. Friendly staff!

Loved the overnight manager Nikki. Loved the view from the room, the music & bartenders at Tune Up, the location…especially world class coffee around the corner at Treeline & Rockford. The room had excellent mini bar, high end toiletries that smelled divine, comfy bed, streaming options on TV, slippers and a local magazine. I enjoyed the lighting and ambiance & friendly staff.

The property is considered 4 stars & I’d say it meets those standards in terms of amenities and grounds, however, service was subpar and I attribute it to a young staff with lack of experience and direction from upper management. Eat and drink elsewhere! Amazing food and drinks all over town!

Exceptional

Fantastic rooftop pool. Several dining choices in the hotel and close to everything. Managers reception in the afternoon and free coffee in the morning we're a nice touch.

Bad

The location of the property.

When we arrived, the hotel front staff stated they didn't have a reservation for me. I presented them with even the conformation, and it took forever for the staff to find it. Eventually, the staff realized the names on the reservation were flipped so he assumed my first name was my last name so that's why he couldn't find it. I have stayed here numerous times and this time the pool was so cold it was not comfortable to be in. The temperature of the pool should have been adjusted as should the nightly rate since the amenities were not available.

The location was great and the customer service was perfect! We will definitely be back!
