Love it will stay here again!

It’s clean, and customer service was amazing. Specifically, the woman working at the counter the night shift was so kind and always had a smile on her face.

The room I was in, we kept on hearing noises outside our room.

A hospitable clean hotel

The staff at the Hilton Tru is unfailingly helpful and cheerful. The lobby is bustling and well laid out - work cubbies, food area, sofas, a pool table and adjacent workout room.

Good not great

The property seemed new, was easy to find, and is just East of downtown Eugene. The lobby is friendly and has some games, billiards, and a television. The room was very clean as well!

I don't know how to describe it other than the hotel was loud. Guests on the floor above us were easily audible, the heater in our room was very noisy, and the room was full of hard surfaces that didn't absorb sound. It could be that I'm nitpicking, but it was hard to rest.

Easy all around check in, moving around, finding what I needed.

The staff is friendly and kind to me and my dog. Breakfast: The coffee was good, I appreciated that oatmeal and hard-boiled eggs were offered. I'm gluten-free, so those options worked well for me. The river is across the road. It's nice to step outside walking the dog, with a patch of grass and view of the river. It's a busy road, but the river helps to soften some of the effects. Alton Baker Park is a short drive (or longer walk) from the hotel; we enjoyed a nice walk there at sunset.

It was alright

Loved the beds. And the staff was amazing and the breakfast was good. I left a day early due to the electricity went out due to the ice storm and they refunded me my money back!

Did not like that there is no microwaves in the rooms, bathroom was small, no swimming pool. And tiny fridge, small tv

I slept very well and the room was clean

Cleanliness and the bed & pillows were comfortable

The air or heater kept clicking every couple of hours which would frack me out. Kept thinking someone was trying to get into the room for a min there

The room was clean, the front desk service and and night was wonderful.

Breakfast was fine. A bigger selection would have been nice. I missed not having a coffee maker in my room but I understand leaving the cleanup in the lobby is a desired location for convenience.

The rooms were cold and I felt like I was staying in a fabricated box. A bathtub would have been nice.

We were there for a softball camp at UofO

We liked all the bright colors and that there was a pool table & games to play in the lobby

The room was just a little small.

Superb

I was SUPER impressed with the cleanliness of the property. I felt like my daughter and I were super safe, nice atmosphere!! I liked the decor and the room was super comfortable.

Please stock the room with a few bottles of water. It is also super annoying that I have to go back down to the main area to heat up food. It's a HUGE dissatisfier, especially when you have room over the mini fridge for a fricking microwave.

Nice town needs better staff in Tru

Breakfast was positive given the variety and access to enough food. All equipment working fine and service was also convenient

WAY TO MUCH MONEY FOR THIS HOTEL.

It was clean.

You have to let them know if you want maid service. I think paying 250$ a night you should automatically get that. I called down a little before 7am on Saturday to have them make our bed and give us extra towels. When we arrived back at the hotel at 340 pm nothing was done. I had to walk down and get the extra towels. Nobody apologized or gave an explanation. Also there ice machines are only on the 3rd and 1st floor. Our room was on the fifth. This was so inconvenient.

Perfectly acceptable.

Breakfast was okay but not as elaborate as some other hotels. But coffee was very good. It is a very new hotel but quite sparse. No dresser, or closet, but there were hangers and a table to pile clothes. Hilton obviously going for the minimal It probably makes the rooms easer to clean and maintain. Beds were very good, firm mattresses, which my wife and I like.

The exercise room did not have a recumbent stationary bike. And I couldn't figure out how to use the Peloton bike.

Pet friendly rooms are the worst rooms in this expensive hotel.

Nice lobby and complimentary breakfast.

My only request was a quiet room. Told there was one pet friendly room available in the entire hotel. Room was located next to the mechanical room and closest facing room to the highway. Constant noise all night so got no sleep and 10 hour drive next day was brutal.

Went with family, pleasant stay, felt safe. No coffee maker in the room. Room was clean and neat Netflix streaming available Youtube available

I liked almost everything, except the fact that there was no coffee maker in the room, however you can make coffee in the reception

I am very disappointed I called twice I was told both times I did not have a reservation I was trying to cancel it but since I did not have a reservation I thought I was ok but I was still charged for that night i it it just really sad!!!

The property is well maintained and very conveniently located near University of Oregon.

The decor of the rooms was sleek; the reception staff were very friendly; I left my jacket when I checked out, and when I called to inquire about it they had it already stashed safely away. Although I didn't bring a pet I was happy to see it is pet-friendly.

The breakfast was merely ok. The oatmeal was congealed and lumpy, but the flavor was fine.

Great staff, rooms lacking in amenities.

The sraff is amazing! I spilled coffee on the bed and they were very nice about bringing clean sheets. The batgris nice, shower great except water pressure could be better. Great for families with children. Games in the lobby, pool table, gym. They have a pancake machine that let's them watch it make pancakes.

No coffee maker or microwave in the rooms, no closet. Just hooks
