The condo was located in a gated community. I felt very safe while staying there. Very gorgeous with the trees decorated for the Holidays at the gate. The condo was spacious, very comfortable seating area on a large porch and very close to the beach.

The lock on the front door kept sticking.

This is a great location! 5 minute drive from a beautiful beach and there are many delicious restaurants in the area. The beds are comfortable and the pool is nice. the grounds are well kept too.

I have stayed in Dana point many times and in similarly priced condos. I was disappointed in the condition of this particular condo for the price I paid. These are the issues: - the hot tubs are all out of orders- no water in them - this should be listed on booking - the pictures show two beds in the 2nd bedroom- there is only one. - the condo is listed as updated- I would not consider this updated. The kitchen and appliances are all very old and microwave doesn’t work. The bathrooms are quite old and need updating-there was mildew in the bathrooms. -the paint is chipping on the corner of the walls- it could use new paint throughout. Its a really nice area to stay but quite pricey for what you get.

We loved the location, everything available to us in the kitchen, the cleanliness over all. We loved the folder that tells us where everything around us is , all the restaurant options. We loved the parking. Over all it was a very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed it.

We didn't like the ants in the restroom and closet. ants follow moisture so once we started showering and leaving towels and dirty clothes some ants came out, not many but enough to be noticed.
