very nice staff. good place but very noisy. people bang doors even till 2 and 3 am and late nite/ early morning street sounds - dogs, generators, water tankers.. bore well drilling makes it impossible to rest

the staff is very courteous and responsive.

Just a reception area

They said studio room but in the room there is no kitchen area like no coffee maker, no induction. The bed was really not good mainly mattress not good at all. The the wash room no bucket, water tab not good at all. They ask lot's of payment and no complimentary breakfast or at least coffee.

Could provide a thicker blanket and more luxurious linen. Shower pressure was quite bad. Please improve shower pressure for all round good experiences.

Room n bathing room were neat and clean, ac was fine. Balcony door was not fixed well.

I had booked a room with kitchen. On my way to the studios from airport i got a call from the hotel reception to confirm the stay and to arrive in 20mins to avoid cancellation. Inspite of this phone call, when I arrived at hotel reception the staff said the stay was cancelled to avoid paying the commission promised to booking.com. The hotel staff charged Rs. 2400/- for the room without the kitchen and declared no status on booking.com website for my original booking.

Just the location was good. Common areas were clean. The bathroom was clean.

My room was rundown and I didn’t like it. Staff asked for name and said I don’t have booking in that name. Didn’t ask to me show the reservation, just declared there is no such reservations or room. When I showed my reservation deposit, some room was made available to us. It was not prepared.
