We enjoyed the rooftop area.

The mandatory charge for parking seemed strong-handed.

The atmosphere, room, and staff were great. Caesar greeted us with a smile and detailed stay information. The upstairs bar and restaurant was very good and convenient.

Parking is valet only at $35 per day. But the valet staff was prompt and great.

Modern, clean, beautiful furniture and very comfortable beds!

Location! There are restaurants and shops right outside, even a nail salon! Hotel is connected to ALoft and you have access to Aloft Bar. Rooftop bar also located here and great for evening cocktails. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

No self parking.

The room was exceptional and loved the location called MIDTOWN was refreshing. The Valet staff was excellent and was personable.

My check in was a little shaky with the evening manager Cesar attempting to upgrade me to a higher floor. We went to examine the room and the picture window shade was down and it could not be raised as it was broken. I was told the room that was reserved did not have a kitchen and so he attempted give me a room handicap accessible with no kitchen. That was unacceptable and he then told me the room on 2nd floor does have a full kitchen and was exactly what I reserved. We worked it out but I was not impressed. Also the rooftop bar and grill didn't have any fans for the rooftop even at the bar. It was extremely hot and the misting fans would have taken some of the humidity and heat. Not impressed and this part of the hotels needs improvement.

Friendly staff, walkable, great location. Clean, with a comfortable mattress. Valet friendly, fast and efficient. Many places to enjoy food and drink.

Bed spread could have been more cozy. A little bit thin, but that's just me.

new, clean, great location and great people. Cloe at the front dest was a pleasure to meet. she’s great for this establishment.

gorgeous place, great location. and when you check in , if you are lucky, you get to be greeted by Chloe who is just so helpful and kind. Chloe is definitely a great asset to the establishment.

The breakfast was dismal as the bananas were rotten along with the apples being soft you could tell no one was rotating the fruit. The coffee was horrible and very disappointing. Expected more out of the hotel than what they offered. The cream cheese was warm along with the butter.

No signs pointing to the Element hotel as apparently the hotel was connected to the Loft hotel as well. Once you figure out that you have to go to the 6th floor again no signs as to where to go to check in.
