A Perfect match to HOMESTAY.. We were in group of 5 couples. We all found a perfect homestay which really valued the word HOMESTAY.. Where we found a good friend named Gurmaher along with his family, wjho is not only Owner of an excellent & clean property but did took care of every minute needs of ours along with his homely food & hospitality but also shared with us every minute details of Golden Temple, which make us understood every minute details of Holy Temple. Great and comfortable place to stay with amazing breakfast! The owner is very kind. He explained all of the history surrounding the Golden Temple before I went. They also have fantastic laundry service.

The rooms were clean,spacious, AC is in good condition,water heater is good. entrance lobby is well decorated. We got very good insights about golden temple from owner,also provided good info about best restaurants in Amritsar. Staff very gentle and helpful. Very comfortable home stay. I had a beautiful stay in De Manora home stays. The room had been nice and very clean. The staff was very gentle and always supportive! The hotel owner was very pro- active and nice just to let you feel always at home and he also explained in around half an hour a lot of the history of the Golden Temple and gave a good introduction of what Sikkhism is. After a long, busy and noisy day in the city, I always felt as coming back to a regenerative Oasis. I enjoyed my stay a lot and i definitely can recommend this place! Welcoming decent owner, honest and helpful, he arranged taxi from Amritsar airport. Also he helped me get to reliable money exchange place and helped with booking taxi for my onward travel to Sultanpur Lodhi. Service & room size is good for the price paid, the food is good - aloo paratha for breakfast were good. Owner has good knowledge of the city and his talk about the Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple) is also very informative. Would recommend.

Loved speaking to the host and learning from him about the Golden Temple's history. There is much more to discover and experience for me about the Golden Temple now when I come back thanks to the host. There is a lovely boutique run by the host and his mother there too keeping dress materials from different states of India like Kalamkari..

I liked everything about my stay here. There's nothing I didn't like. The paintings in the restaurant are too beautiful and travellers who go there will find a treasure.

The staff really went out of their ways to make me feel comfortable. They were always available for me if I had questions or needed something arranged. They gave me lots of recommendations for Amritsar. They were most helpful and so accommodating. Great location too. I loved that my room had Netflix so I could unwind in the evening. Can highly recommend this stay. I will come back.

Wonderful facilities with a caring host and good inhouse food. Rooms are really clean and specious. Posh location with ample parking available. De Manora Homes, I booked this hotel because of its reviews and trust me the reviews completely justify the property and the host. Nice, calm place, with ample “secure-parking”, rooms are spacious, hygienic and well maintained. I requested for early check-in and my room was ready even before the requested time. Mr. Singh is an amazing host and a nice person, provided the information of all the best restaurants and places to visit. Now comes the best part the information that he provides about the Golden Temple, According to me no one should miss it. Trust me the darshan took almost 2hrs but i wasn’t tired of standing or frustrated because of the rush because that whole time I was recalling his session that he gave me. Overall a great stay and will visit again soon. Thanks for the great hospitality.
