The room was generously sized and very clean. The hotel was quiet and perfectly situated to walk the city of Portland.

Breakfast was outstanding for a hotel restaurant. We loved the separate bathroom space which allowed one of us to continue to sleep while the other was getting ready. Also LOVED the larger size bath towels.

Housekeeping couldn't keep up. We did not have any one come into the room. Luckily we were used to the system from the pandemic and saved our towels. It was difficult to get into the rooftop bar at our own hotel.

Everything about the property was wonderful. We really enjoyed having drinks by the fire in the lounge.

Very stylish. Fantastic all day cafe with excellent coffee and food and lots of comfy seating downstairs, and a classy rooftop bar with a view at the top. Perfect location, with all of Portland in walking distance. Definitely one of the best hotels in the city at the best location.

The location was great and walkable to restaurants and local shops. There was also plenty of parking available in the street or at valet. Our room was very clean, smelled nice and the beds were as comfortable as can be! I felt very at ease and relaxed in this space, almost like home. The front desk staff were also so accommodating. They recognized that our stay was for our honeymoon and gave us a neat little dessert and some cozy socks to enjoy! It felt like they really cared about our special moment and we appreciate that they were celebrating with us.

I love how the staff went into overdrive to accommodate my husband and I after our flight got canceled and we had to extend our stay! Thank you so much for the warm and compassionate reception. We will definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back! Awesome stay!

Breakfast bar turned out to be very good with eggs, pastries and yoghurt all excellent.

Valet parking was too expensive. Problems with billing system kept us out of rooftop bar. Water filling stations good idea but did not always work.

Breakfast is available at a kind of cafeteria; the location is nice, but I'd rather have a full serviced meal.

As I said, I'd rather have a regular service breakfast, with waiter/waitress instead.

Very noisy during housecleaning. Doors were clicking and clacking all morning/afternoon. No bellhops. Parking was expensive. It would be nicer to have the desk not right in front of the television.
