This was a nice place to stay on our way to Point Reyes. Great room, location, staff!

The location was good and convenient. I really appreciate the electric vehicle chargers - thank you for supporting clean energy!

I can't think of anything, although I wish that there were complimentary breakfast options, such as pastries or fruit.

Cozy, quiet and relaxing

Quiet, close to major wineries and other fun things, amenities are amazing, spacious rooms and kind front desk workers.

Getting to the property was a bit difficult at first. Homeless encampment at entrance to parking unsettling.

It was overall a stressful stay.

The room was clean. The front desk people were very cordial. Liked the fresh baked cookies offered every day.

The location is surrounded by homeless people that made me frightened to go out to take a power walk each day. The food offered for sale morning and evening was horrible. The towels were scratchy. The hotel should provide a make-up mirror in each room. The bathroom room door opening towards the door in to the room was poorly planned and inconvenient.

I liked that there were food options for us. Friendly staff and accommodating…

A bit expensive. Water pressure too light and hot water waned quickly. On way to hotel you pass a little 3-4 unit homeless camp.

Nice place!

I did not realize that breakfast was an extra $10, so I made a trip to Starbucks instead. Upon check in, I requested and was given a late check out of an hour later. Housekeeping did still come to the door. I thought I would hear the SMART train, but did not!

Bad stay, not worth the money, not up to the standard

The hotel was not up to the standard. Low in staff, the dryer didn't work, and reception said I had to go down and replace it. Even after being replaced still didn't work. I mentioned again in the morning to look at the problem. No result. When I signed up, I marked the box that I like to have room service daily. On the first day, no room cleaning, and I had to remind them. The only restaurant didn't have what they mentioned in the menu and maybe only one or two. Sunday morning, no breakfast, and I didn't have a car. I won't come back, recommend it to anyone, and share my experience in the booking.com

A great place to stay

The staff was lovely, housekeepers included! There was free laundry services and it was very clean there. The pool was also heated so you could use it at any time! The hotel was also located in a great spot

I wish they had more than just a couple expensive Starbucks options for breakfast. Continental would've been cool, even if you had to pay a bit for it. Also, our first bed was very hard. I don't think I had any other major gripes, though!

Nicely decorated and clean. Large TV. Nice view on the 4th floor.

Room alarm sounding at 2am. Metal drain plate in shower and how loud the water made it.. What's up with no free continental breakfast or coffee 🤔

We thought our room rate included a $10 breakfast voucher, but it seems this was not the case, and the breakfast offering did not include the full menu, but rather just a few items.

Very clean property, great service from the staff and very close to surrounding food locations.

There tends to be a lot of homeless around the area, though they aren’t intrusive at all the view from our window was that of a homeless encampment that tended to damper the stay slightly.

It was nice three nights staying in the hotel,it was my second chance to sushi good experience as e.

Stayed for my wedding. Disappointed that breakfast was not included.

My husband and I were able to check out the hotel late our Honeymoon Night.

We were told that breakfast was not included. Cookies were not available at check-in. I finally received a cookie at check out.
