A wonderful, relaxing time with family in a gorgeous setting.

The staff were wonderful (Akil, Katelyn and the whole crew), they sent a taxi to the ferry terminal when we arrived after a long travel day, gave great suggestions for day activities and helped set them up with excellent drivers and guides. They were friendly, responsive, and got stuff done! The room was beautiful, comfortable, awesome view. The resort is right on the water, and if you want even more beach they will shuttle you for free to Smuggler's Cove, a lovely beach with a beach bar/cafe.

Location is a little out of the way, you need taxis to go anywhere, so bring lots of cash for cabs and tips. Restaurant was good but menu (esp dinner menu) somewhat limited. It would be great if they offered an option with breakfast included when booking the room.

Long Bay and their staff was awesome! Views, rooms, restaurant, bar made for a memorable experience!

The food, drinks, and coffee all were great at Long Bay. And the location allowed us to easily drive to restaurants nearby for a huge win win during our stay. Don’t forget to visit D Coalpot, Bananakeet, Sugar Mill, Smugglers Cove…and on & on! Each one of these truly added to our stay at Long Bay!

Banana dessert was a miss, far too much crust with little fruit or flavor.

Not what I expected for the price.

Casual feel and amazing staff. They team bends over backwards, all very attentive.

Hillside suites are a bit run down. Parts of the property appear still under renovation from Hurricane Irma, in addition to new construction. Beach is rocky with significant wave action. Beach nearby, which we were driven to, was fantastic.

A Lovely Resort on the Quiet Side of Tortola!

The property is in a picturesque beach on the quiet side of Tortola. This was an opportunity to decompress after seven days of sailing with the Moorings. We had one of the spacious villas on the beach with a patio and amazing views. A wonderful friendly staff greeted us upon arrival with rum punches. From that point forward, we did not feel the need to leave the property, in so far as all of our needs were right on the property with a lovely restaurant and adjoining bars, a a long beach to explore, and a comfortable room to relax in. This resort is an excellent value for the amenities offered, and we understand that this is just phase one, as a pool and other enhancements are currently being built.

I imagine this is one of the best locations on the island

Great location - the suites were fantastic and I loved the restaurant. The waves on this shore were wonderful to watch and hear however they presented a challenge for swimming (which was the only disadvantage).

Overall, a wonderful resort.

Very clean, modern, rooms were awesome.

There is an automatic 15% gratuity on all food and beverage. Because of this, I felt like the bartenders and waitstaff were a bit unfriendly and service lacked for what you are paying for at this resort.

Didn't like that a stray dog walked into our room in middle of the night. Everything is an added extra...Nothing is free.

Beautiful location and grounds, every detail of the hotel decor was gorgeous and calming. staff was so friendly and helped with everything you could ask for. great food and drinks.

the bathrooms have no privacy. the toilet has no ceiling and is completely open to the rest of the room… never good

Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations!

The property is beautiful! Clean, quiet modern, and serene. The beach is right outside your door but is more for laying out. If you’re looking to swim this is not the resort for you.

Rooms should be equipped with irons.

Long Bay was absolutely beautiful! The rooms were exceptional, the view was magnificent, and the staff was so accommodating! Akil and Karema were so very helpful, and were always there to answer your questions or get you anything you might need. They were also helpful with getting excursions to the other islands and taxis if needed. The service to the rooms were five stars, exactly as pictured to their website! It was so luxurious, and we couldn’t of picked a better place for our honeymoon.

Beautiful, modern and luxurious. Rooms gorgeously designed, all with an ocean view and either a balcony or walk out access to the beach. Gorgeous beach.

Water is a little rough which makes it hard for swimming, but the beach itself is gorgeous and sandy

Akil the manager/host is incredible! His personal touch and keen attention to our needs and every want was superb. From the moment we arrived and he handed us our Welcome Rum Punch (one of the best we tasted on our whole trip BTW), to coordinating sailing day trips, reservations, transportation to so many little thoughtful things such as a surprise Personalized Bon Voyage complimentary fruit plate at our final breakfast. He and ALL the staff there are so friendly and helpful. They took amazing care of us!

Luxury boutique resort with a stunning beachfront location.

The ground floor suite was beautifully furnished, with all the amenities you would need and more. The onsight restaurant had a delicious menu throughout the day with a waitstaff that was professional and accommodating. Check-in/out with Nicole and Akil was seamless and we loved that Akil was available and checking in on our stay while ensuring the room service staff was supported and that the property was orderly. This is a clean, zen-like stunning beachfront property that did not disappoint from start to finish. Our next stay is already booked and will be a staple annual trip moving forward. A true gem of the BVI.
