A unique glamping getaway perfect for all groups.

Campers were spaced out enough for ideal privacy but yet not too far from common area.

Unique experience.

Scenic desert location is unique. Airstream trailers are very well engineered and maintained.

Would have liked to have had a more robust supply of campfire materials included in the room rate.

Toller Airstream, sehr sauber, schön ausgestattet. Supermärkte in naher Umgebung. Joshua Tree NP Eingang ca 10 Minuten entfernt. Schönes Erlebnis, würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Scammed, money not refunded, WORST staff i have ever come across, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Very unique experience and our favourite overall after staying in various hotels. The facilities were all new, modern and up to date .The hotel and camper was well equpped and the shower was HUGE suprisingly. They even had a country singer performing until the evening which was a great touch whilst unwinding at the campfire. The pool was open very late which was a bonus. Location was within a few minutes to the entrance of joshua tree national park by car.

Where do i start..... The staff here were the worst i have EVER seen. Our stay in-fact the entire trip was ruined by the incompetent staff that Autocamp have employed. The woman on reception called SAM was an absolute nightmare and i cant express my disappointment enough. Upon arrival we had to wait over an hour to get checked in. After we explained that we would like to pay the full price on a seperate card they charged the wrong card not once but three times. I explained that they have taken the payment three times from the wrong card and they took the charge again TWICE. This meant that we had to wait for over a week to be refunded over $1000. Because the staff were so incpompotnet they did not know how to charge a different card they persisted to keep on charging the wrong card. They then called their IT/HR department which took another hour .... in the meantime we are waiting to check in desperately and they would not let us check in untill we had paid, even though they wrongly charged our credit cards thousands of dollars. Upon check of what was a good stay and after coming to terms with the disappointing service we said farewell to the hotel staff and SAM again completely ignored not once but twice, i could believe the attitude of the staff here they are the worst ever and should reconsider their careers. Until today which is two weeks later, we have not received our refund and have contacted them countless times and not heard a thing. Please avoid this place if you dont want your money to be stolen, awful experience. Google review coming soon...

The desert getaway I was looking for!

Everything. Staff members Zach and Jericho were phenomenal - they went above and beyond to make our short stay very special. Thank you!!!

I wish there were just a few more food options on their menu.

Airstream delight

The airstream was really comfortable, and very stylish. The setting is peaceful , with great views of the desert. Pool area and clubhouse is relaxing, and it was nice to have pools towels provided. We did feel relaxed and the staff were lovely.

Although the airstream is described as having a kitchenette , it’s basically a tiny fridge, microwave and sink . We were anticipating being able to do some basic cooking, but it wasn’t possible. No laundry facilities on site, and the tv didn’t work. It sounds like a list of complaints - we did enjoy our stay but expected a little more. Finally it’s a late check in at 4 , and an early check out at 10.

Amazing night close to Joshua Tree NP

Just love it!!! We had two amazing nights in the airstream. Our baby loved it, too… as well as the whole surronding. Unforgettable!

The airstreams Are „loud“ - but this is by nature, isn t it 😂

Breakfast was too little. I was loomong forward to thw yoga but the teacher never showes up

The shampoo and body wash bottles in the bathroom were empty and not replaced.

Amazing experience

The accommodation and proximity to Joshua Tree National Park were amazing. There was plenty of space and also privacy with the outdoor areas. Lots of facilities and great robes. I would definitely recommend AutoCamp.

The shower pressure could have been better and earlier check in would have been great for a longer experience. We were unaware of what to bring / expect as the amenities were not listed. However, there was a great supply.
